Bad customer service

Bad customer service
One of the socks had a hole after removing it from the packaging. The socks also did not seem Ultralight as described. I noticed that they've since changed the name of the product on the website. Customer service said I couldn't return them without being charged a $5 fee, even though the socks were damaged and I didn't find them as described. I don't recommend ordering through Saucony's website.

Ordered a pair of trainers for daughter…

Ordered a pair of trainers for daughter on the 30th December 2020 and still waiting for them to arrive by ups. The trainers actually ship from the EU which it does not state when ordering. Have sent numerous emails and phone calls and they have replied once. The trainers maybe good quality but the service definitely isn't.

Items don't arrive

Items don't arrive. They don't respond to emails..They use the God awful UPS who are a shower.
I await a refund. I won't be wearing these trainers anymore.

Last year

Last year, I bought a pair of Saucony Iso Ride 2. They were lovely to run in, but the outersole wore down far too quickly - the heel on the right shoe had nearly disappeared after fewer than 150 miles. I contacted Saucony, and to their immense credit, after sending them photos of the wear, they replaced the shoes with the most recent comparable model, Ride 13. They were helpful and courteous throughout.

Both pairs of shoes are extremely well made - great attention to detail, with no missing glue or messy seals.

Regarding some other reviews complaining about shipping delays - welcome to Brexit.

Very poor service!!!!

Ordered a pair of running shoes directly from Saucony (uk site). Turns out they are coming from the EU, which it was never stated when I ordered them. They are stuck in Holland, no date yet for delivery! Why wasn’t I told the shoes were not in the Uk when ordering? Sent emails to Saucony and haven’t had a reply at all. Really poor service and customer service. Avoid buying directly from Saucony! Disappointing service!

I have always had a pair on saucony…

I have always had a pair on saucony running shoes in my rotation and never had reason to complain, they have been great.

The reason for 3 stars is that they use UPS as a courier and UPS is appalling and untrustworthy. Suacony needs to understand this reflects badly on them. Due to my experiences of ordering from the website and items never arrivingi will not be ordering from them again or until they use an alternative courier.

I finally bought a pair of Saucony…

I finally bought a pair of Saucony hiking shoes after trying on several other brands. So comfortable and basically kept my feet dry. After one year they still look new but the fabric mesh on the front is disintegrating. In a few weeks they will not be wearable. Thank you CHINA!!! I have contacted Saucony and will update this if they back their product.

torn heels to blisters

I ordered 2 pair of sneakers. One pair was received on May 16 and the second was May 26. 3 of the 4 shoes now have tears on the inner backings of the heels and have made painful blisters after less than 3 months of wear. Very disappointed. I am writing to the company next.

Shame on you!

I am a healthcare worker and also very active outside of work. I have worn Saucony Jazz originals for over 20 years. Then for the sake of the bottom line, this company has taken the perfect shoe and turned it into a cheap piece of junk. They removed cushion from the tongue of the shoe and also inside the shoe. I went from walking on a cloud to talking on cement. I am so disgusted

Placed an order online

Placed an order online, and I recieved an order confirmation right away. 3 business days later, the order is not showing up in their system, and I waited 1.5 hours waiting to talk to customer service without any luck. I love their products but it shows how little they value their customers

Saucony is a Dishonest Company

Saucony does business with affiliates. After an affiliate sends a customer to the Saucony website, Saucony pays a commission on the sale amount if the customer ends up making a purchase. In my case, I used the affiliate TopCashback.com, linked to Saucony, and immediately placed an order. Saucony then owed a small commission on the sale. Sadly, Saucony lied to the affiliate and said they wouldn't pay the commission because the sale came through another affiliate channel. This is not the case. Saucony wouldn't say who the other alleged affiliate was. I've made over a hundred cash back purchased without a problem until this one. Saucony is a dishonest company and I would not recommend doing business with them.

Saucony Customer Service

I have been wearing the same Saucony shoe for a while as they have a wide toe box. When I went to replace them Saucony had replaced them with a New narrower model. The Running Room convinced me that they were wide enough. So I bought them. I put in a lot of Kms/week and they made my toes numb. Contacted Saucony only to get the run around with multiple emails. Got nowhere. Saucony customer service sucks!!!!!!!
