I got 2 tickets for the West Ham United…

I got 2 tickets for the West Ham United vs Tottenham match and everything went really well. The tickets were delivered without any problems and we had a fantastic time at the stadium. Great service and very reliable. I’ll definitely use Seatpin again!

Worst Ticket Experience Ever – Refused Refund”

I paid £1,040 for two premium Oasis tickets at Croke Park (Cusack Stand, Premium Level) through Seatpin. The tickets were transferred to my Ticketmaster account, but later that same night Ticketmaster recalled them back to the seller.

When I arrived at the concert, the tickets scanned invalid at the gate. I was left waiting outside for almost 2 hours, missing both support acts and the first four Oasis songs. Only then was I given “replacement” tickets — under a different name, in Block 731 Upper Tier (Row Z), among the worst seats in the stadium.

This was a huge downgrade from what I paid for. Seatpin have refused to refund me, offering only their small service fee “as goodwill.” The original seller kept their tickets, Seatpin kept my money, and I was left with a ruined experience.

I would strongly advise against using Seatpin. They do not stand by their customers when things go wrong.

We are sorry to hear about the difficulties you faced with your Oasis tickets. We fully understand how disappointing it must have been not to enjoy the seats you originally purchased.

To clarify, the issue arose because Ticketmaster themselves initiated a recall of the original tickets from your account due to a seat relocation process. This step was outside both Seatpin’s and the seller’s control, and the tickets had to be re-transferred. Unfortunately, we were only informed at the very last moment.

Despite this being outside our direct responsibility, we took every possible step to resolve the situation on the day. We managed to secure replacement tickets so that you could still attend the concert, rather than being left without entry at all. While these seats were different from the original purchase, they allowed you to attend the event after the Ticketmaster recall.

As our role is to facilitate safe transfers between buyers and sellers, and since the recall was initiated directly by Ticketmaster, a full refund is not applicable in this case. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we have already waived our service fee, even though the situation was beyond our control.

We truly regret that your experience did not match your expectations and appreciate your feedback. It helps us push for better solutions with our partners.

Absolute disgrace from start to finish

Absolute disgrace from start to finish
Gave my details out to a 3rd party who contacted me direct / totally against their own policy
Tickets where not as described and were ‘delivered’ reluctantly by some dodgy blokes 2 hours before kick off after I refused to meet them directly
Promised a refund of service charge for to all the messing about / surprise surprise not happened and now won’t answer emails

Here is what happened:

The seller mistakenly listed your ticket as an e-ticket. Since this could not be changed afterwards in the system, they tried to deliver it in another format. We accept this was confusing and not up to standard.

As Seatpin is a marketplace, ticket transfers are managed directly by sellers. Buyers consent during checkout that sellers may contact them in order to finalize delivery. While this is sometimes necessary in our industry, the process should always remain professional, and in your case it clearly fell short.

To ensure your satisfaction, we promised a refund of the service fee. However, because a dispute was opened on the payment, this refund option is temporarily blocked. Once the payment is released back to us, we will immediately process the refund of the service fee as promised.

We sincerely apologize for the stress this situation caused. Thank you for raising this matter your feedback helps us improve both seller practices and our support service.

Excellent service from start to finish had a little problem with the accepting of the tickets but they sorted it straight away and I received the tickets would 100% recommend them and I will certainly be buying from them again 5 Star service

Excellent experience

Excellent experience. Never bought a ticket before from any site like this so I was apprehensive. I bought the ticket the morning of the concert in Dublin, Ireland. It arrived within 30 mins of the purchase to the delight of my daughter who the ticket was for. Great communication through email and whatsapp. I sent them a message as soon as I purchased ticket to query the delivery time and got a reply immediately. Would definitely recommend and trust this site. Will be back if I need tickets again.

They show you a lower price up until…

They show you a lower price up until it's time to pay. You have to create an account and input all your data just to find out before you have to pay that there is also a consistent service fee.

Edit after reading Seatpin's reply:
While it is true that the following text appears on the screen: "Service Fee and Taxes will be added to the price at the checkout", the exact amount of the fee is not mentioned until the end of the process. Other sites let you know the full amount upfront before requiring you to create an account.

From the very first page of your basket, and again on every single step of the checkout process, we clearly state that service fees and taxes will be added to the displayed ticket price. This is not hidden, not surprising, and certainly not unique to our platform. It’s standard practice across the entire ticketing industry — only we make the effort to warn users upfront, not just at the end.
You were informed. Multiple times.

Creating an account before purchase is required not to “trap” anyone, but to protect both buyers and sellers through secure delivery, identity verification, and fraud prevention. If you missed these points, it doesn’t mean we failed to inform you — it means you failed to pay attention.

We encourage future users to read what’s on the screen before making public claims that have no basis in fact.
