Looks like s&s have not learned from the bad reviews they are getting for a long time. Last we ealked to the store, we had a budget of 1000, and we were pushed to buy the sofa of price 1800 euros. The experience was not grea in the end. Now in the new house, we need sofa again and my wife refused to go there again due to rudeness and bad service we experienced in the past

I ordered a sofa set from Seats and…
I ordered a sofa set from Seats and Sofas on 21-02-2026 with an expected delivery time of 6–8 weeks stated in the agreement. It is now 11-05-2026, and the delivery period has passed significantly.
I contacted the company multiple times by email, but I am not receiving proper responses or a clear delivery date. Communication has been very disappointing.
At this point, I only want a clear update or cancellation with a refund. Unfortunately, the customer experience has been very unprofessional.

Avoid Seats and Sofas – Hidden Fees and Broken Promises
Do not make the mistake of buying from Seats and Sofas. We bought a sofa from them, and it took 9 weeks to arrive. On top of the long wait, they demanded an extra €150 for delivery, even though we live very close to their warehouse and that was only to bring it to the ground floor!
They also charged a €5 packaging fee and a €25 assembly fee. While the sofa looks cheap at first glance, once you add all these extra charges, the total price ends up being the same as the major, well-known brands. The 'huge discounts' they promise in-store are fake; they just manipulate the prices to make it look like a deal. Their sales promises are completely misleading. Save yourself the headache and stick to reliable brands.
