❗️❗️❗️Don't be fooled by the sales experience of the employees. It is the worst store I have ever come across. I paid € 1500 for a sofa bed + €100 cash, without an invoice for the transport with an incompetent company. they destroyed my sofa during transport and assembly and this crap shop tells me that if I want to return the product I have to pay 50% of the value of the sofa. Where have you heard something like this before in this world? Customer service 0, no one answers the phone, emails, they make fun of the customers. The sofas are very nice, it's a pity that the employees are trained to make fun of the customers.
My advice: as a fooled customer, don't buy from here❌️, the prices are high, always see the second option. ❗️❗️❗️

the buying process was really great - afterwards, not so much. We were promised to get our sofa after 14 weeks - now it’s more than 15, we called S&S and they promised to investigate the case and call back the same day or tomorrow, but few days later still no information whatsoever. Shop doesn’t answer the phone anymore, central telephone number the same. I am not sure if my money is lost.

it’s unbelievable: the sofa was 3 weeks late, no apology, NOTHING.
We went to the store where we agreed to pick it up (Langenfeld/Germany), ordered a transport service for 150€ and collected the sofa one week ago. When we came home, we saw it’s a different sofa - we ordered an L- sofa with the L piece right, but there came an L-sofa with the L piece left…
It took nearly 20 minutes until somebody picked up the phone in Eindhoven (this was a problem before!). The lady on the phone didn’t know what to do and told me to call back „in one hour“ when the store manager is there. WHAT?! I am standing with a PAID transport service in my home with 2 sofas and don’t know what to do!
We brought the sofa back to Langenfeld (45 minute from our home!) and finally paid the transport with 220€ FOR NOTHING. This day I had spent 6 hours, 180km in my car plus 220€ for absolutely NOTHING!
The staff in the store was not helpful AT ALL!!! They were annoyed, nobody apologised, awful service.
It took 2 days to speak to the manager, he called me back in the evening 2 days later. HE was very professional, apologised, tried to find a solution and asked me for a few days of patience - it was Thursday and he promised to call me back on Tuesday.
Tuesday: no call. Wednesday I called: it’s his day off!
Now we have Thursday again and I was currently waiting for 20 minutes for the manager to call me back…
No he „has a solution“: we can pick up the sofa in Dortmund, and will get 75€ for the transport - WHAT???! That’s insane! The transport from Langenfeld to our home on Cologne was 150€ already - for 75€ there is NO CHANCE to get the sofa to Cologne! Plus: not so friendly anymore. If we want to cancel the order (bc they didn’t fulfill the contract!) it’s 30% cancellation fee.
This is A NIGHTMARE!! We probably need to call a lawyer. Keep you updated.

I bought a new sofa and it had a manufacturing defect. Even so, I had to pay shipping costs to return the product to the store and back to my house. After paying for shipping, I kept getting billing emails. The repair time is very long, up to 12 weeks.
The company will lends a sofa during the repair period, but it is a different sofa from the model I bought. I bought a model that I can store things inside the sofa, now I won't have anywhere to store these things for 12 weeks. Also, the company is charging me for shipping the borrowed couch.
Finally, I paid EUR 1,700 for a sofa, plus a lot of shipping and the result is a lot of stress to buy something that should be good for my family.

When it comes to selling they are attent. They can speak English with no problem. It took a while but I finally received it. I wanted to have the old sofa disposed (I bought also in this shop) so they organised all to be. People came, asked for the money in cash, brought new one and dissapeared without taking the old one. Calling customer support for both companies and no one fixed anything. It's like earth took them. This is quite bad service since now I need to do it myself and they still keep the money for taking the old one. Never again.

The seller Jerry explained everything to us very clearly.
He helped us choose a sofa with the fabric color that we liked.
I am only a bit concerned about the delivery of the purchased item. Therefore, for the time being I am leaving the rating to 4 stars. I will update it to 5 stars once I receive my couch in the 5-6 weeks time as mentioned and in proper order.
Edit: product was delivered on time and we are happy with the purchase.

Please be aware of this company- they are scammers and liars!!
I went with my friend to visit the Eindhoven store a couple of months ago. My friend was interested in purchasing a new sofa, so we went to take a look together. She was helped by a seemingly helpful man, who seemed very knowledgeable about the process- he talked her through all the options, colour, fabric and the payment methods. In the end, my friend put a deposit down on a sofa after agreeing together with this man (who apparently is the manager) that she can pay in monthly installments over 12 months, or faster if she wished. This seemed like the perfect agreement - he then informed us that the finance checking will take 5 business days and that she didn't need to do anything towards this, that they completely take care of it. This was also stated in the contract, as were the monthly payments stipulated on the contract signed by both parties. Then as soon as the sofa is ready in the store, she will be informed so she can go to collect it. About a week later, my friend decided she wanted to change the colour, and the store were nearly impossible to contact- by phone or by email, then when she did get hold of them she was told - you need to speak to admin, this person, that person etc. Nevertheless, eventually after a lot of trying to get hold of the right person the colour was able to be changed. This was the first sign of an incompetent, careless company. A couple of weeks later, my friend was informed by mail her sofa had arrived in store and she had 2 days to collect it! So quickly, and stressfully she sold her sofa, and rented a van so she could pick it up. We went down there on Sunday last week - the first thing a man told us was ''you cannot collect on Sundays?!'' - which may I add was NOT mentioned in the email anywhere. Then some minutes later, after we explained she rented a van for this he agreed we could take the sofa (but reluctantly). Then she came to the desk- and the woman at the desk asked her to pay the full remaining amount. We queried this informing that this was NOT the agreement, and in the contract was mentioned the monthly payments. She then informed us that the finance check was not performed so it was not possible to pay this way. She also had no record of my friends documents- which were taken by the staff at the desk the first time we visited the store. The lady then informed that she must speak to the manager the following day (Monday this week). To now, this issue has not been resolved- seats and sofas Eindhoven branch do not have a clue if they are coming or going. How incompetent can you be to agree to a particular payment method - and for them to not hold their part in performing the finance check? The funniest thing is, if you want to cancel you must pay 30% of the value of the sofa and you lose your deposit. Seats and sofas are absolute scammers, and liars - they do not take any responsibility and they are extremely incompetent!! They should absolutely take responsibility for their mistakes and not put it on the customers. The head office really needs to take a very deep look into the Eindhoven branch and its staff, not only do they not speak English sufficiently, but they think its fine not to do as agreed in the contract simply because the information about the purchase was not shared with the correct department. Shameful, a huge waste of time, upsetting and stressful situation for my friend. The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Please STAY AWAY! Do not trust them!! They are scammers.

Bad, bad experience.
They promised delivery within eight weeks, 17 have passed and still nothing even though everything has been paid in full.
When you manage to get them on the phone, they convince you to wait another two weeks and they will repeat that every time.
Tons of people have the same problem, advice, skip this so call store and save yourself the hassle and wasted money.

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
If it wasn’t because I had to pay a ridiculous fee for cancelling my order, I would have cancelled it !!
The Eindhoven store has no customer Service what so ever, I deeply regret buying from this place..
they are ignoring my phone call in the store, as they can see they have to speak English, they ignore my emails for weeks so I have to go to the store, where they promise me to change the details and send me an email with a new contract. I hear nothing, and I again have to contact them, where they ignore me.
This is an absolute nightmare, and I am looking forward to the couch arriving so I am DONE communicating with these people. They understand absolutely nothing, and have no respect for your time or money.
Whoever is the CEO at this company should a great look at the customer service experience in Eindhoven! Shame on you all.

Horrible store and it's customer service. Trying to reach for days to get the status of the order, but each time I call, it goes to voice mail that no one is available to talk. The order is over 20 weeks now(against contractual 12 weeks), still no news yet! I need sue them looks like.

Delivered a wrong sofa after waiting more than 3 months. Waited another 4 months to finally receive the sofa. Agreed to compensate the extra delivery cost because of their fault, but got nothing. Very bad customer service. Avoid this shop!!!

One of the most disastrous decision of my life is that on 11-Dec-2022, I swung by the Seats & Sofa store by canal side (Eindhoven). The greetings was too overwhelming and then it came with a strong pressure to buy the Sofa on the spot otherwise, I was told I will miss the deal. I liked the sofa and I paid the full amount of Euro 1750 (Order number, 10622587). I was told expected delivery date is between 6 to 12 weeks.
In the first week of February, 2023, I got a call from the shop and was told, that my order has arrived but it is damaged. They told, that within next two weeks they will be shipping the good sofa at my place. Weeks past by. I visited the store; there was a guy ( I didn’t noted his name), He started communicating with me and as soon as he heard that I am there for a delivery follow-up, he just pointed me to some other ladies. There were couple of other ladies, who looked into my order and told, they have to wait for someone to check it and they will call me next Monday with updates. Days passed b, no call.
Then I escalated it in the Whatsapp number of Seats & Sofa (+31 6 53654103). They spoke with the store and told I will get a call back. Yes, I got the first call back on 22-Feb-2023 . The store told “your Sofa is ready”, do you want to pickup. If yu pickup, we will pay you some 30 Euros”. I told no, I don’t have that big truck. And I mentioned that the discussion was to deliver & fit the Sofa at my residence, for which I will pay some 99 Euros extra. They told they will keep me updated.
Today it is 15-Mar-2023, and in between I did followed up with the Whatsapp number of Seats & Sofa (+31 6 53654103). I was told everytime, someone from the store would contact me. I also got the head office number today. The phone was ringing for 10 minutes but no body picked up.
I already, intimated my ASML, TCS colleagues, not ever to consider any purchase option from Seats and Sofa. It is one of my nightmares and I am just thinking why I stopped by that shop that day.

TLDR: Gave a defective sofa of a different colour. After a complaint, no one will pick up the phone. They want me to pay for the transportation to and back from the store.
They will sell you sofas using dirty tactics like quoting high price then coming back in 1 min saying they will take 100 euros off. Even though their own website states the price which is 100 euros less than the quoted price. They don't want people to bring back the sofa for repair because who will pay for the high transportation cost? They will never pick up your phone!!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the purchase of a Lenora 18 Grey sofa on 26/01/23, which I picked up on 31/01/23. Despite booking the grey colour, we were given a silver sofa which was on display and not even from the stock. Despite expressing our preference for the grey colour, the salesperson insisted that the silver sofa was the only option available at the time. As we had already booked transportation and needed the sofa urgently, we reluctantly agreed.
From the very first day, we noticed that the sofa was sagging down more than normal. This has made it extremely uncomfortable to sit on the sofa. On 19/2/23, we visited your store to check if the same model of sofa had the same issue. However, the new model we tried did not sag. This has left us extremely disappointed with the entire buying experience.
We request that you allow us to return the sofa and receive a refund. We believe that this is the best course of action given the circumstances. We hope that you will take this matter seriously and take prompt action to resolve it.

I had bought the sofa this year , but I received the sofa with small scratch an damage. After calling several times and waiting for unneccesarily longer time on call, I was told that I must sent an email with order number and pictures. Then again after waiting for few more days without any response, I asked them if they checked my email and to my surprise they told me that they didnt receive the email, which I dont believe entirely. The lady on the call informed me that she has forwaded my mail and complain to head office and since 12th Jan 2023 I am still waiting for their response ,I have no idea whats the next step or even they gonna repsond back to my email and check over something ,no idea. I believe that there were no steps taken to consider my complain otherwise unlike other customer service requests this would have been solved in few days. Such a shame.

I bought a Lissabon sofa from the Eindhoven branch, it was in stock and I asked to pick it up myself (To get a better offer), but the next day I found it cheaper somewhere else and I decided to cancel the order, but I found the manager of the branch says if you cancel the order you will pay 30% of the amount as a fine, and I found out that this is not mentioned on the website or anywhere rather than purchase contract at the bottom with really really small font, and I told him that no one told me about it, and he said it is at the end of the purchase order in Dutch, and when I tried to replace the order by another one from the same branch he started to offer very expensive offers even for the sofas that I already asked for its price at the previous day, and he changed the prices because I already bought one.
I really do not recommend this shop because:
1-They do not put a price tag on the products because they depend on the negotiation for every customer individually.
2- They will push you to close the deal and pay the full amount of the product without telling you anything about the return and cancel order policy (Do not ever pay the full amount to them).
3- Overall, they are not transparent in dealing with the customer and they will always try to get as much money as they can from you.
