Lively experience and a very friendly staff. I was pleasantly treated on my visit and was provided with all the answers to the questions I had asked. I very much appreciate the behavior and customer friendliness of the staff member "Donny" who personally dealt with me with all the options I had. He also checked for the modifications that I could make to my sofa (almost all possibilities are there!) and provided me a quote accordingly. Very happy with the shop and my purchase! And not to forget, you'll get the sofa worth the money you spend here!

We have been looking for sofa that would suit our needs. We went to seats and sofas in Eindhoven on Kanaaldijk Noord and were really surprised. Every couch, every sofa can be changed with multiple additions on the way. A great help to us was Roy, sales manager that came from Rotterdam on this precise day, oh we were lucky! I recommend everyone to look there for their sofas.

Bought Sofa in January within 5 months the sofa is broken, waiting for 3 moths to get appointment for repairing the sofa, but no appointment yet,
- Visited the Eindhoven shop where the Sofa is bought, the Service in-charge said that I should only register online. So, Registered Service request online in “June”
- Got call in “July” from Eindhoven seats and sofa asking to bring the Sofa to shop, I asked them is there any other option, but she told no other option, I need to bring it only to shop
- After few days again called and explained the situation that, it is really difficult to pack the sofa and send by van, during transport it may damage more
- Then They said if they want to provide service at home I need to pay for their visit, Even though the Sofa is in warranty they asked to pay 50 euro for their visit, they agreed the repair cost will be paid by Seats and Sofas but I need to pay 50 euro only for visit.
- I accepted and said please send them, So that I can pay 50 euro, they agreed and told that the service company will contact me ASAP. I did not received any call for a week, so called Eindhoven Seats and sofas again, then they told me that first I need to pay 50 euro then only they will make an appointment
- So, I paid 50 euro immediately on 25th of July, and they told the service person will contact me ASAP to make an appointment. But no call received for a month. So, called Eindhoven seats and sofas again few times and asked for the status, the response was not so good, every time, they said someone will call to make an appointment
- But no call so far. So, visited Eindhoven seats and sofas shop, the service in-charge was not available, their colleague said that she is on Sick leave, they cannot make any appointment, and asked me to visit next week
- So, visited shop again next week, after a big conversation she did not made any progress, and told the same answer again, someone will call me ASAP
- Today it is 31st of August, I did not received any call yet, still “waiting 3 months for one appointment”
If you look at the time you spend and pressure you hold to fix something and you don’t even have appointment, this is “NOT TRUST WORTHY COMPANY”

Money milking company with no intension to Repair the sofa.
I bought a sofa for 1600 euros. That was November 2021.
The sofa was delivered in January 2022 and broke not even lasting a month. Then, I contacted Seats and Sofas Eindhoven, Netherlands where I had bought the sofa.
Then they sent me papers to sign and I paid 75 euros and called me to send the sofa to the factory. I did everything they asked me to do and then after taking the sofa and providing me with a replacement sofa, they just Ghosted me. I tried following up with them calls after calls every week this is seventh month of this year and no update on when I will get the sofa back. The manager doesn't want to talk and the employees ask me to speak to manager once he is office(which he is never there).
Horrible quality. Terrible people. It is just milking me and milking me financially. I am really frustrated with after sales department and people who manage the repair. Seats and sofa sort this issue out. Maybe you this is not new to steal money from other people but I will make sure this is heard to each and everyone.

Don't waste your time at this shop. As soon as you sign the deal the staff will completely change its behaviour and pricing will purely depend on negotiation.
By the way, they will just reply "NO" and hang up on you if you don't speak dutch and you try to call the company to understand a rough delivery date. Here Seat and Sofas is trying to clean its image due to the bad reviews, reality is that I filed a complaint about this episode and I am still waiting for a reply.

This feedback is too soon as I am still to receive my order. So I can only judge the in store experience. This experience was good but some sofas were not easy to find on the paper catalog.
The fact that there is uncertainty with the delivery service is also something that doesn’t help the buyer experience. Also I sent an email with a question but got no reply even though I got two emails to ask for feedback. Makes it seem the ratings are more important than the actual service delivered.

Poor service!
We ordered November 2020 with delivery in April 2021. One leg of the chair is missing and the advice is that the it is within 12-16 weeks. After frustrating calls to have it earlier we gave up. Last call we got where somewhere in August and no call update! Now is already 7 months with no info! The chair was useless during this last 7 months!!!
Only to find out from a friend who passed by to check the status and the leg is sitting there and we don't know since when!!!
We paid for the installation and now we have to figure out ourselves to fix it!
