This is indeed a very nice place for buying a sofa bed. They offer a variety of choices in beautiful design. The place is easily reachable by public transport or about 20 min walking from the station. The sales man impressed us most of all. I and my partner both worked at sales some time ago so we know how it is. It was a real pleasure to communicate with him, so we ordered the Rover model. He offered a wide choice of options so we got what we wanted and left the place in happy mood. Highly recommend!

Everybody was friendly and helpful, took their time to explain the options and helped choose the right couch.

UPDATE: the expected delivery time was between 4 and 8 weeks (according to the guy at the store, but over the phone they told us it was between 6 and 12). The 8th week is now, and so far no news. I tried to call a few times the last few days but no one picked up the phone. I'll update this when I have received word from them.

UPDATE 2: the couch arrived at exactly 12 weeks after the date of purchase. Everything went well. Just wish they could be more informative regarding the status of the delivery before the actual delivery.

I would like to make a complaint about the customer service. I have been talking with one of your employees and I am totally disappointed about his services. His name is Turik, unfortunately I do not know his last name.
The situation is that, the order that was issued on the 19th of November 2022. Due to not fitting in our apartment, the couch was sent back. We came to the store and in the end we agreed that the transport will be paid internally by Seats and Sofas and also the couch will be disassembled by the HMR company.

Today I call and politely asked about the status of my delivery. Your employee told that they sent the request to the Transportation company (Joey's transport) and that I should call them for more information. I called the transportation company and said that the request never arrived in their mailbox. I called back Seats and Sofas and ask how is this possible and Turik said that he will put the request AGAIN in the system (after the initial 2 weeks when I was told that everything is taken care of) . I asked how is it possible to put it AGAIN when the transportation company said their request list is empty. I then asked to talk to his superior but said that this is not possible and that he will hang up if I do not have any further questions. I requested the refund and said without any explanation that this is not possible.

This is the most unprofessional service I have ever had in my life. I would like to be contact immediately and solve this situation.

Seats and sofas have wide range of products which caters to every individual needs. We were happy to buy a corner sofa which fits our needs. I recommend the shop for sofas.

It was a good experience and I was able to decide on the best model with my favorite fabrique. Now waiting for the delivery.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Explained all the details about the various sofas and suggested me that suits me very well. At the end we are happy with our choice.

Stay far away from this company. We bought a couch and in the store they said that it would take maximum 6 weeks to be delivered. When we called they said that it’s actually maximum 12 weeks. When u check the order it says 16-23 weeks. They are tricking people. They also lie to your face. When u try to cancel the order then they still take 30% of what you paid. Be careful. Waste of time and money

I bought a couch from Seats and Sofas in the Zaandam store. Customer service is the worst possible. They are only interested in taking your money. The delivery company they recommended was awful, took my money and told me they could not bring it into my apartment. I then had to pay 200 extra euros to another company with a crane and turns out it would go up the stairs and no crane was needed. I called and they totally divorced themselves from the delivery company which they recommended. The couch is faulty, it does not sit straight and has a loose panel. I contacted customer services, the store and filled out a form online and nothing. I asked for a call back from the store manager 3 times and although was reassured he would call, nothing!! Never ever again. If you like frustration and throwing money away on rubbish goods and can be bothered with terrible customer service then way to go. Otherwise, stay away.

Maybe my issue can be resolved if someone actually bothered to get back to me.

Really very rude staff at Zaandam branch. There is no 0 rating hence giving 1. They always put double price and gives flat 50%discount and says special offer for you. Then they start to pressurise you to buy the sofas.

Worst part is sales staff is so pushy. He is kind of: you have to make a decision now or you are doing a mistake of your life. Had not experienced this kind of push in Netherlands. Felt so relaxed after coming out of the store.

Not recommend to visit such stores.

Worst service ever. We bought a sofa in May and we are still waiting for it. On top of that the communication is horrible, we have called the store several times and they always say they will call us back but they never do. When we bought the sofa they told us expected delivery time was 8 weeks, it has now been 20 weeks and still no sign of the sofa neither when it will arrive. DO NOT EVER BUY HERE! it is absolutely awful service.
