Quick shipping and I love the crystal files and shine stick!

Wrong item sent - have contacted via website but yet to hear back. Hopefully I will hear back soon as, as an existing customer I like your products. I ordered a foot file and a nail shiner has arrived.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after waiting a week with no reply to my messages regarding a missing item in my order, I feel the need to warn others.
Whilst I love their products & have ordered from them previously (with a positive customer service experience), I will NOT be buying again & I will advise my friends & family to avoid also now.
Very, very disappointing!

Easy to order and very quick delivery..I bought glass nail shiner/file and lost it it.ordered another and with me 2 days later...it is thee best file I've where used..

This is a great product, I had used them for a while, so I decided to get extras.

Bought 3 items and only received one. The only item that has arrived was in an unsecured box, that could have been opened and closed during transport, I don't think that this company has heard of the invention of tape. I've emailed customer services but there was no response so far, so will have to go through my card company. The only item that I have received is the hair remover and that works fine for me, having said that, I have very fine blondish hair on my legs, that are much finer than what average woman has, and it still took a while to remove them, so I can't imagine that it could work on someone with coarser hair than this, therefore I think that by rubbing it longer than what I did would lead to dermatitis or irritation on most skin types. It is challenging to use on the areas where bones protrude through the skin, like the knee and ankle areas.

I used it as per insructtions. Ime left with skin on fire lijevbad case of sunburn. I would not recommend this product

Product dispatched quickly via Royal Mail. Email confirmed that I would recieve emails from Royal Mail re tracking which I did. Sufficient but not excessive packaging.

I waited a month and reached out to customer service and they shipped out a replacement immediately. That being said....their products are fantastic and I would recommend them highly!

Had to rub so hard it irritated my skin and left it d & sore

This isn't easy or kind on your skin, you really have to rub your skin which left my skin red and sore and left patches on my legs for the price I am not impressed

Great hair removal device that actually works effectively at getting rid of the hair but also exfoliates the skin at the same time. A bit tricky around the knees but I’m sure I’ll get the hang of that after a few goes.

I was very excited about this product and have seen it advertised for a while. It really was a quite different experience for me than the videos show. It takes quite a lot longer time to remove the hair than shown in the advertising and gets clogged quite quickly.

I am sure it would work better on finer hair, but unfortunately this is not for me and my corse dark hair so goes onto the pile of unsuccessful hair removal purchases.

Tweezers are still winning!
