Just so you know, that's not a Secret Make-Up order number.

We also have no-one called Sonia working for us.

It seems that there has perhaps been confusion with another suppler, or that a potentially fraudulent third party is seeking to pass themselves off as Secret Make-Up.

Concerned by the multiple posts and inconsistent details we had already asked Trustpilot to verify your review. It is now all but certain that Secret Make-Up is not responsible for the terrible experience that you have reported here.

We wish there were more that we could do. However, if you forward all the correspondence that you have received from this supplier to us at customerservice@secretmake-up.co.uk, we'll do what we can to have the supplier address your issues as well as any that we have with them.

Hi, we really do not recommend that Magic Crystal is used on delicate skin like under the arm or the more tender parts under the bikini. Unless you opted out, you'll have received comprehensive instructions with hints and tips by email following your order. Please let us know and we'll send all these on. In the meantime, here's what we usually say when asked about use on delicate skin...

On delicate skin we recommend caution.
Magic Crystal is a very effective exfoliator so it needs to be used with care. The application of too much pressure or over-use with Magic Crystal can cause irritation.

On most hair it is straightforward to achieve the right gentle pressure that removes the hair without irritating the skin.

To work, Magic Crystal only needs sufficient pressure to move the hair under the surface without any movement of the underlying skin.  This is one of the fundamental rules of using Magic Crystal; only use enough pressure to move the hair without any disturbance of the skin.  For most skin, getting the right balance of pressure is both easy and intuitive.  However, where the skin is delicate, achieving this balance can take experience and care.  Unless you have considerable practice using Magic Crystal, we recommend that you avoid using it on the face, on your armpits and on the more tender parts in your pants.

We have many customers who successfully ignore our
advice and use Magic Crystal to maintain their preferred lady garden tidiness.

These, though, are people with considerable experience using Magic Crystal to remove hair from much less delicate parts. So, yes, it's possible but definitely get a lot of experience on simpler areas first.
