Great products love the magic crystal does what it says

Love this lots. A little bit of practice i.e.not to be too heavy handed & trust that you only need a gentle pressure and it has already become a very handy part of my hair removal regime. So little effort for a fab result. Have recommended to a couple of friends too.

I’ll never go back! I gave up shaving my legs completely because I was fed up with the pain, nicking myself, and the sore skin afterwards. I really didn’t know what to do next. This is brilliant. I made my thigh skin sore on the first use because I rubbed the area too long on longer hair. But I learnt straight away how to do it properly. Circular motion, on longer hair do it in stages. And don’t press hard!! It needs to be light, or it won’t work. My husband has these smooth patches on his legs where his trousers have worn off the hair. This is the same principle. 10/10

Ordered their Magic Crystal to see if it was any good. Took a bit of trial and error to get it right (slight friction burns on my arms, but that was my fault for doing it too long in the same place), but I am very happy with the results.

Definitely not as quick as shaving, and due to the nature of it you can be left with an occasional hair to sort out the old fashioned way. Also, some areas it just doesn't seem practical (anywhere that's oddly shaped so you can't get the skin flat/taut enough), but in general I would definitely recommend it.

Even using it lightly it exfoliated my legs wonderfully and removed the hairs. My legs felt wonderfully smooth afterwards. And given that I have an issue with ingrowing hairs on the back of my legs, I will definitely be continuing to use it going forward as part of my routine.

This company and its customer service are just the bees knees. I had a personal time issue with the delivery and I reached out to the company who helped me and reassured me I would receive the products purchased before traveling. Polite, informative and helpful. The product says what it claims to do...genius.

I was actually very impressed with this hair remover. I wasn't sure if it would work as I have quite thick leg hair, but it didn't take much rubbing to remove all the hair. It also removes dead skin so you are left with lovely smooth legs.

So easy to use and skin feels do smooth. So much better than using a razor!!

It says it removes all hair but it doesn't. I've been left with many long hairs. However it does remove dead skin well which makes it better than any other product I've used despite that not being what it's made for. Not too happy that it didn't work on the underarms as that was why I bought it.

This product is amazing my hands and legs after all this time of shaving now in seconds are baby skin feeling

Wasted my money. Got chicken legs within 3-4 days of using it. Hair came back faster than ever.

Good product however it doesn't work well as on videos. I had to press quite hard.

I bought the hair remover and the foot hard skin remover, I would give the hard skin remover 5 stars worked great wet or dry, the hair remover well the jury is still out, it worked ok on the front of my legs but was very poor on the calf and the back of my legs behind my knee. I also tried it on my bikini line with varied success, the longer hair would not be removed but the shorter hair did, I also had a rash for about 24 hours after use there, I wouldn’t mind this if it got rid of all the hair. I’m thinking the reason for it not working so well on these places is that the skin is hard to keep taught by yourself so will try again with help from my husband.

Awful product and then ignored several times when asking for a returns label! Avoid avoid avoid

The item and delivery were both efficient, however the price for the item is extortionate!
