I brought this product thinking it wouldn't work....
However after using the product I found it amazing, it works really well and would recommend it to anybody

Service and packaging can’t fault but the product doesn’t work very well. Tried it on my partners legs too and it didn’t work like the advert shows.

I have now bought two of their products, first, the hair remover and then the dry skin remover and both times I have been suitably impressed! Both items are quality made, they came in their own little sleeve. Both times they were packaged well and delivery was quick!

I bought the hair remover as an eco friendly way to shaving my legs, it works quickly and leaves my skin smooth.

I would happily recommend these products! 🙂

Excellent service.. From ordering to delivery, this included a mistake with number of items ordered, however it was dealt with swiftly, efficiently and with immediacy. I will definately be ordering from Secret Makeup again.

Somehow this worked the first time I used it, but only on my legs, although it took a really long time to do. Second time I used it on my legs, it didn’t remove all the hair, especially a round your leg bone. Tried it on my arms, but nothing. I will simply go back to razor or epilator!

Wow wow i have pcos and allways upset at my hair growing quick . Circulur motions to use it . Im going through lazer at the momment so to find this its amazing .
I have hirsutism and its very painful emotionalially .

Got the Magic Crystal which after two uses seems to work OK. It does need a bit of practice to see how to get it to work properly, but it does what it says it will and I can really see and feel the difference. Only thing is that I do seem to need to use it more often than advertised, otherwise I'm quite happy with my purchase so far.

I’m not going to lie but was sceptical when buying these items as in the past some have not done anything it has supposedly to have done.
But these items the Hair remover and Foot skin rub down works great I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about getting these items.

Literally a waste of money, with incredibly stringent returns policy.

I thought it’d be bigger, so opened it to have a look, put it back and found out I can’t have a refund, because it’s been opened. I appreciate hygiene could be an issue, but then why offer a return at all?! So I said forget the return (especially as you have to pay your own shipping, just for them to inspect, and if they don’t approve it, they give you 10 days to let them know if you want it back or they just bin it!!)

So now I’ve tried it on my downy hair on my arm, starting with gentle pressure, and increasing, waiting for hair to go……nope, left with hairy arms and sore skin with a couple of abrasions.
Absolute con.
If the returns were more relaxed, I wouldn’t even be venting on here.
Honestly, save your money. I’m really disappointed 👎🏻

Do not buy from this SCAM COMPANY, they don't offer refunds for a reason. I ordered the Magic crystal hair remover, product doesn't work. I followed all of the instructions on the sheet, tried it on me and my partner nothing... Total waste of money and terrible customer service I was blocked after asking for a refund as I said the product I received doesn't work! They must get allot of these complaints as the person I spoke to seemed frustrated I have screen shots of the whole conversation, I feel so stupid to get sucked into the fake reviews and photos. I put an honest review on the website from the item I purchased but it said it won't display as they have choosen to hide the review. I wonder how many honest reviews they have hidden because they don't march up to what they are promising. Don't waste your money
