My package wasn’t handled the best and shipping took awhile but other than that it’s a solid company to buy from. There affordable and really fun. I would buy from them again.

I bought two separate orders at Selecta and both were handled perfectly. Well packaged, well traceable and a mistake with the second order was very quickly resolved thanks to Selecta's customer service (thanks to Mary). I can honestly recommend them!

A truly amazing service, fast response and great problem solving. I ordered the wrong size saber lenght and selecta saber support worker was so nice and without any questions or enything else changed the size of my blade to longer one. No trouble whatsoever. I give all my praise to the company and to their amazing customer support staff. Plus the price of the sabers is just so affordable and I cant wait for my sabers to arrive so I can leave another five star review

Super store. Purchased Proffie sword v2.2, was well protected and came quickly. The sword itself, beautiful, solid and perfectly made. The colors of the blade as well as the sound mastery of the world. Contact with the store from the very beginning active, as well as before the purchase as well as after the purchase. Contact on warranty and service also at the highest level. Damaged part quickly replaced and delivered. Revelation. European stores should learn customer service. I highly recommend.

I purchased a sabor from these people. Quality was average. But customer service is non existent. All e.mail. and just same old answers. Really bad communication with customers.there not based in USA . Very poor experience I won't buy from them again.

The light saber is great. Love how it changes colors with the flick of the wrist and incorporates three of the famous Star Wars songs. It makes me feel like I’m truly holding a real light saber with all the real sound effects and everything. Thanks again!

Really good lightsaber! Tho the instructions werent as clear as they should. Anyways really liked it!

I have received wrong saber from the order. However they handled compliant very well.

So I have now waited 13 days for my order, I texted them again and got this text “We processed your order on day 6. I will send a complaint to DHL about the delay you are experiencing” then I ask “Is it normal for customers to wait 6 days for confirmation of there order?” They got back “Preparation takes 4 working days, it is written on our website. the wait after an order is processed is out of our control. DHL is always very accurate. I sent a complaint to understand the problem.”
How can it takes 4 days to pack an order? And they says 4 but this order was 6 days.
Take a little of responsibility and say sorry for the bad costumer service

I bought two lightsabers from them (one was free in a 1+1 deal). They shipped from China which I was not aware of (did not see that information anywhere, it should be stated in an obvious way) which cost me additional 60€ of import charge which to put it lightly, was a very unpleasant surprise. The sabers were loose in the box with some minor foam protecting them. One of the sabers had broken plastic on top of it which luckily isn't a problem as metal goes over it, but still not a pleasant thing to see on a brand new item. The main saber I bought did not have instructions and isn't self explanatory how to disassemble it to reach the battery. I contacted them about my problems and they did respond fast and effectively. We solved my issues but they ignored the "shipped from China part". In general, it started as a really bad first experience with a store I was unfamiliar with, but with help it got better. The sabers are great quality and fun to use. I might use them again, if a good deal comes up.
