Brilliant service, I really struggle to fit clinic appointments in around work so having such a reliable and efficient home testing service is so useful. Results are super quick and the staff are always helpful and friendly whenever I need to follow up. Highly recommend!

Soo easy to use without the hassle of having to go to the doctors/clinic. Use for testing and my pill and both arrive quickly with clear instructions/information.

I have done this before and it was smooth , I did a test and got my results back and have been waiting for treatment for days now , I keep getting in contact and all there telling me is it’s delayed and my treatment is lost ??????
I’ve asked for a new one because it needs to be treated and they are telling me I have to call my gp and go through there , my gp is very rubbish and I am 17 years old , I did this bc it’s discrete and I can do it in my own , I go away inna few days and don’t have the time to go to a clinic or my gp , absolute disaster!!! useless wouldn’t do this again

What a brilliant service! Very straightforward and convenient to use it and the staff is lovely! Wish they had this service available across the whole country and not just selected councils, but that’s down to funding and not the company itself.

Fantastically easy, clear, discreet and efficient service. After using their quick (usually three- to four-day turnaround) postal testing service many times, I was asked today via SMS to call a consultant there for the first time re the results of my tests which are currently with their lab. The consultant answered my call promptly and was professional, friendly, clear and reassuring. Exemplary service in every aspect.
