Good quality replacement window handles, and at a good price.

Easy to select the correct replacement…
Easy to select the correct replacement handles using the dimensions given. Parts arrived quickly by post. The locks on the window handles are metal and stronger than the plastic fittings within the old handles, which keep failing.

Wrong keys
Wrong keys, I took the advice of your customer care line, when call for the guarantees, they assured me only one key, the keys, I ordered 4 keys. None, fit the windows, I gave all the information, and guarantee card. So excited when finally, keys arrived in the post, but they did not fit.

Parts missing from replacement
Replacement door handles arrived but did not include the two seals that are needed to be fitted between the handles and the front door itself.
The seals are a shaped rubber or similar material with appropriate holes cut for the spindle and locking mechanism.
This is an essential part of replacement door handles. I don't know if I can order them separately.
