Same review as everyone else. This is a scam, not a company. I ordered trainers that never arrived with no response to my emails. Fortunately I paid via Klarna so got a refund after I complained.

Please don't use this "company". This "company" is set up to steal your money. Over 6 months of communication and I haven't received the products I ordered and I'm sure I never will and I'll never get a refund.

Awful and a scam… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Do not use this company
Do not use this company. I have had no response form them regards £120.00 spend on trainer shoes that didn't materialise. When I wrote to them asking for a refund, they wrote back to say that the item was being despatched. The item never arrived.
Shockingly, 2 weeks later after no item being received and no refund, i then had an email from ShopFoxtons to tell me that because i hadn't rated their service they had given themselves a five star rating for service on my behalf. Needless to say, i will be taking this up with the appropriate parties / regulators.
100% this shop is a scam
100% this shop is a scam , ordered a women’s pair of Hoka’s that never arrived & they then don’t answer
Don’t waste your money
Identical scam experience as everyone else
Lesson learned; read reviews first!
With what proof I had, and especially these reviews, I now have my money back through my credit card Chargeback process.
Although inconvenient, don't let this scam company get away with it!

Zero stars. Ordered Hoka trainers 6 weeks ago and they have not arrived. sent emails - no reply. Phoned a number of times - no reply. I shall now try to get money back from my credit card company.

Non-delivery of hard drive.
Ordered an external hard drive on 9th May and I am still trying to get a refund for goods never delivered. They never answer the phone and good old Charlie makes all sorts of excuses blaming Royal Mail, the tracking code does not work and is not recognised. At one point Charlie offered me a refund of 30% for goods not received which I told him was not on the cards. I have contacted the Fraud squad and they say there is insufficient evidence for a police inquiry. Going by the number of people who have been scammed by these criminals I don't know how much evidence plod need to protect the public. I also contacted the CAB and was advised to send a recorded delivery with a template filled in. This I sent on the 11th June and had it returned today as addressee unknown. I would strongly advise everyone who has been ripped off by these thieves to contact the fraud squad, if they are inundated with complaints about these evil scum they might be forced to get off their chairs and actually investigate.

My daughter and I both ordered trainers - they take your money, give you a false Royal Mail tracking number and then never contact you again.
Despicable rogues!! - How can they keep doing
this to so many people without getting prosecuted ?

I wish I had seen these reviews first before buying a hard drive. Ordered it on May 8th, have contacted them twice and no replies. Now June 11 and still no hard drive.

Same as everyone else here! I have contacted them twice but wish I'd looked at this site first. I'll contact my credit card company and see if something can be done.

I placed an order for some trainers…
I placed an order for some trainers over a month ago, and I truly wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before making my purchase. The presence of Klarna as a payment option gave me the impression that the company was reputable and trustworthy. Unfortunately, my experience has not aligned with that expectation. Furthermore, I have received the same emails from Charlie that many others have also encountered, which adds to my frustration. It seems that I am not alone in my concerns regarding this company and its practices.

I ordered hoka trainers on may 4th over a month later and still no sign just an email from charlie blaming royal mail total scam anybody know how to get the money back .
SCAM COMPANY
As per all the other reviews, complete scam on Hoka Trainers, delayed email response from Charlie saying they are on the way. Royal mail tracking number which never has updates. Stay well away, as the saying goes, if an offer seems too good to be true in this case that is correct.
Attempting to get money back through bank, fingers crossed.
