Is this a legitimate company as there are no replies to e-mail or phone, my fault as I should have read reviews before ordering. Please avoid as I feel I’ve been scammed.

Unfortunately leaving no stars is not an option. If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered a pair of trainers which never arrived. Tracking info showed they were not received by royal mail. E mails not replied to. Phone number for the company is a mobile (!!!) which is an invalid number

Utter scam site! Website looks legit but it’s all a scam! Boring wait for my chargeback on credit card to get my money back. How trading standards hasn’t closed these cowboys down is a total mystery.

Never the item. This is really appalling. Who are these scammers. Beware!

Managed to get refund from my own bank. Item never arrived. Emailed did get reply with Royal Mail tracking, but with a previous date, but never presented to Royal Mail. Ordered running trainers, lots of sizes listed. Web site with in a few days of ordering no listing of the footwear. On web listings. Even though showing secure web site.

Would give 0 stars if I could. It’s a scam, ordered a pair of Hoka trainers and never received an order confirmation. Tried to contact them and no reply, taking people’s money is not on! Reporting to trading standards to try to get the website shut down.

Scam, scam, scam. Do not order anything from this website. I ordered a pair of Hoka trainers, they sent me confirmation emails and a Royal Mail tracking number, Royal mail never received the item. They don't answer emails and the contact number goes straight to a voicemail telling you to email them. Have reported to trading standards.

Do not purchase anything from this SCAM website.

If it's too good to be true......

Goods not received, no reply to email, chat message and both numbers are dead.

I nearly (not quite) purchased from them but came here first. Ran a quick check, their contact address is fake - it comes up as a Poundland in Cardiff. So do not use.

Don't want to leave any stars - DO NOT USE - SCAM - placed order - shipping link does not work, cannot contact via email, phone/online chat - please can someone get this website shut down so nobody else suffers!

Absolutely garbage. Still not received Items emailed 3 times still no reply. Never read the reviews wish I had. ITS A SCAM. This website should be taken down this will stop other's loosing there hard earned money 😡

I wrote the bad review below in good faith and sent a note to Shopfoxtons via their website to say it was there. Same experience as all others.

I received an upset response but replied pointing out that, as I had not received my drive; their chat did not respond; they did not answer their phone and they did not answer emails, I had no alternative to believing I had been scammed.
I did not receive a response to that email until 16/5/2025 but I DID get one from Shopfoxtons saying:

"Please rest assured, your order has been shipped and is on its way. Occasionally, Royal Mail can experience delays in scanning parcels into their system, which can make it seem like there's no progress even though the parcel is in transit.
Your tracking number is WC229349875GB, and it can be tracked via the Royal Mail website here:
I completely understand how this situation might make you feel uneasy, especially with some of the reviews you’ve seen. But I can assure you this is not a scam, and we’re actively monitoring your parcel’s progress to ensure it reaches you."

Today, 20/5/2025, my drive arrived.
I am therefore updating my review.
I have only raised it to a 3 because response was slow and, when people have spent money, they need prompt responses.
I am now, however, satisfied.

The original review:
No phone answer. No chat answer.
Royal mail don't recognise the tracking number.
No item.

This is a scam do not use

Ordered item almost a month ago. Quite quickly they said that they were going to dispatch it but nothing. You then get a message from Royal Mail saying that they are expecting it, but nothing further happens. You write to them but get no result. Seems like a scam to me. I now have to contact my credit card company. :(

Only reason this gets a star is to create the review, my experience is minus 5 stars. Item did arrive but not as described, ordered a 6tb SSD external drive, not recognised by either my Macbook or Windows PC, when using disk utiities the drive refuses to be erased, on deeper scans, the disk is marked as READ ONLY with no way of removing this, the drive is also marked as NOT being an SSD, tried numerous times to contact these people but nothing comes in back return, this company are just out and out thieves, I can't stress enough... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY you will only lose your money or get trash sent in return. I've reported the company to the fraud squad.
