I ordered a 4TB external SSD and I had an email back apologizing it was running a little late. Then it turned up exactly as described. I'm a happy customer.

I’m another one that didn’t read the reviews. One month on no order no contact at all . They are obviously criminal. Please avoid

I wish I could give a 0 star rating.I waited for my order for over 2 weeks and it claimed to be delivered yet I have still not received it. I am highly disappointed with the customer service as I have emailed, called and tried to contact help services continuously with no reply. This is a complete SCAM and I wish for no one to buy from this site as it is ridiculous.I am still waiting for either my item or a refund, I am not happy.

No response from anyone. 3 weeks later still no response. Absolutely ridiculous. No answer of phone or emails. Fuming!

Item arrived and not fit for purpose. Despite numerous emails no reply as to how I return.

Unfortunately, like many others I should have checked the reviews. Struggling single mum bought an essential hoody for my sons 13th never arrived, no response to emails and all RM tracking says is we are expecting your item.

Awful company should not be allowed to do this! Taking people’s hard earned money and sending nothing! Note to self if something looks too good to be true it probably is !!!! 🤬 avoid save your money and the stress!

Totally useless. Would give zero stars if possible. Bought external hard drive which took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. Emailing ShopFoxtons is futile as they don't reply. There phone number comes up unrecognised. When the goods arrived they are unusable. Save files to drive, next time you load message says drive needs formatting. Luckily only used as backup or I would have lost my files.

I thought this was a scam as the item took so long to arrive. The process of the company does not help as I was given an email by shopfoxtons without a tracking number. When I asked for a tracking number one was supplied. When I checked the yodel site it said that the item is in their warehouse but it seems to have been sitting in there for 3 weeks. When I asked the yodel agent where it was they said they hadn’t received the item yet. Why is yodel giving tracking numbers for items that even they have not received? I now have the item.

I ordered from this company 10 days ago and have not received the product.I have tried to phone them and have also emailed them and have received no reply.I only wish I'd read the reviews beforehand.Scandalous that this company can take money and not send the goods.Avoid at all costs.I have now reported to the Fraud Department of my Bank and relevant authorities.I would have given 0 stars if I could

Over a week ago I ordered an external ssd hard drive 120tb.
I received a tracking number and waited a few days for things to get into place. When I tried Yodel, the info given to me was not correct and I needed an I/d number which was not provided. A QR code flashed up asking me for credit card details and password? I quickly left site and after further checks, I was sure I had been scammed. No response from telephone number or both emails that I managed to find. Cannot make contact at all with the company.
I have asked my credit card company’s fraud department to investigate. It’s £130 I cannot afford to lose. I have been on Google Street View and address in Cardiff has no indication of the business. I would advise people to NOT USE ‘shopfoxtons’.

I recently purchased a smartwatch, which wasn’t as described. Looking to return the item I was unable to contact them either by telephone or email. I even looked up their address on google maps.It was student accommodation. Have contacted the fraud department at my bank who are now dealing with this. This so called company are totally scamming people and I would advise anyone NOT to use them.

Parcel never arrived. I have contacted customer service who were sorry for the delay with Yodel. My parcel has been with Yodel for two weeks, they can't match my details to the parcel so I'm stuck. Contacted customer service again today and no response. Avoid this company

Absolute nightmare order watch 21st February Item not as Described not even a Glucose Level watch or as the one I ordered in the Advert, Red scam Warning today Taking customer Personal information, I have involved my Bank on the 3rd of March and is under investigations and no Refund to Date, I have been so careful with online Orders but be careful I've had to involve the bank on 2 sellers in the last 3 Weeks, And they Refunded me ,These people are now clever they will try everything, I reported one to PayPal and they sent a Bogus tracking information and then asked if I could confirm Delivery, Which before you see the message PayPal have closed the Case, I had no option but Report PayPal and ask them to check the tracking which would not link to my postcode and requested the photo of my front door and signature which they could not provide, and I had a full refund, Be careful everyone 🤬

Ordered a ultra-speed external hard drive and I have not received any goods to this date. I have emailed the company 3 times with no return of correspondence. I have now concluded that I will now not receive the goods purchased. Currently disputing this with my credit card company. As suggested by my credit card company, always check Trustpilot reviews before purchasing from any unknown company online. Wish I did!

I order 2 Levano micro sd memory cards, I got 2 sd cards which are un branded. I've emailed, and rung (answer phone), left messages. No response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

The ssd drive I ordered showed up but it is fake, it's actually an sd drive of lower capacity and even though they have an address in Wales they refuse to comply with the UK consumer laws. I wanted to return the drive exercising my right to the 14 day cooling off period but they didn't respond to emails.

I didn’t check the reputation of this company before I made a purchase. I searched through google on my phone by product and saw the great prices for external hard drives.
The website looks above board and I purchased what seemed to be a brilliant value item.
Since then I had an email complete with a broken link. I contacted the company after a few days and questioned where my purchase was and that the tracking link wasn’t working.
I checked on Yodel and the status showed as them having the package.
However a couple days later it had not updated.
Suspicious I contacted Yodel who informed me that the number is genuine but it is generated when their customer raises an order. The status will show as Yodel having it but this is factually incorrect.
I have tried several times via telephone and email to speak to the retailer but to no avail.
They are a cowboy outfit scamming people. DO NOT USE Shopfoxtons!!!!!!!

If I could give this company -1 i would, I would steer well away from buying anything from these it’s a scam site looking at the reviews, my product is stuck at the depot supposedly, tried to call the depot and email the company to find out the problem but no response even though the site say they get back immediately 😀😀 I do hope people read these reviews before buying anything from this company, I will be looking for a refund through my bank and the fraud department because that’s what this is fraud
