Same review as everyone else. This is a scam, not a company. I ordered trainers that never arrived with no response to my emails. Fortunately I paid via Klarna so got a refund after I complained.

Fake Hokas eventually turned up

Like so many others on here I ordered a pair of Hoka trainers. They took 4 weeks to arrive and when they did get here they were fake. The only way you can tell is by looking at the underside of the inner sole. The inner sole itself is much thinner than the genuine ones and the foot bed beneath it has none of the layering and ventilation the genuine ones have.

*SCAM ALERT!* STEER CLEAR!!!

*SCAM ALERT!* STEER CLEAR!!!

Ordered a pair of Hoka trainers on 12th May, got 3 emails confirming order and tracking info...17 days later stull haven't arrived. Emailed them, crappy response:

"Thanks for getting in touch. I can confirm your Hoka running shoes have been shipped and are currently on their way to you.

Sometimes Royal Mail experiences delays in scanning parcels into their system, which can make it seem like there’s no movement. Rest assured, your order is in transit and should arrive soon.

We really appreciate your patience, and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

Best regards,
Charlie
Customer Support Representative"

Thanks Charlie, but I've put a Visa dispute in so hopefully I'll get my money back via the bank.

Avoid websites which only accept cards... I should have known better. And I'll probably get the refund but these companies have got away with theft. And I let them 😡

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!!

I wish I could give this zero stars...and I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Ordered a pair of trainers, reasonable price, so they weren't so cheap it was ridiculous. Ordered on the 9th May and am still waiting. No response to any emails or Instagram messages, they took the money straight away and now I'm left with nothing. Total scam!! Don't do it...spend a bit more and go elsewhere.

I would rate less than 1 start if that…

I would rate less than 1 start if that was an option. Ordered trainers that have still not arrived. They lie and say its been shipped but the tracking infor if false and royal mail don't have the parcel.
Please stay away! Complete scam.
I'm now trying to get my money bank via the bank as they've stopped communicating.

SCAM: DO NOT USE SHOPFOXTONS

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Like everyone else, I ordered a pair of trainers, got a conformation email order, then recieved a Royal mail tracking number, but no goods. I emailed a few days later and got a reply saying they had been dispatched, but 20 days later, nothing, and no reply to emails. Now got to go through the bank for chargeback to recoup my money !!

Don't touch this so called company

How stupid could I be to touch this company for a trainer's order..Ordered 11th May, emailed 2x and was told they were dispatched, no tracking number, so asked for a tracking number and my trainers can't be traced on Royal Mail..that's because I know I'm not going to get them.

UPDATE....I GOT A REFUND

Don't trust this bunch of crooks

Don't trust this bunch of crooks. You will not receive anything from the. Placed my order on the 8th May. Got a tracking number for Royal mail from them 2 days later. If I click on this link, it is now not available. If you go on the actual royal mail sight, it says seller informs us you parcel has been dispatched. 13 working days later nothing, and 18 days since order was placed. I did get an email back from someone called Colin, assuring me my parcel was on its way. A load of lies. Now they are not even replying to emails at all. Just one big scaming con this sight. Please don’t touch it.wish I had seen the other reviews before I ordered. You have been warned.
