Do not order from this website. If you do, say goodbye to your money, because you won’t receive your items and they don’t offer refunds unless the shipment has been returned to their warehouse. My tracking code hasn’t been updated since May 21st (I placed an order on May 14th). They use COVID-19 as an excuse and I’ve emailed them countless times, but their reply is always the same: wait, because we can’t give you a refund. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is. 🤷🏻‍♀️

For the most part it a decent site. But i swear nothing ever in stock. They never got my order wrong and I can find things I like that i dont have to wait to receive from china. so it OK if you want to try colors before investing in something more expensive.

But seriously they never have anything in that I want half the time so i buy sparsely.

My parcel has not arrived and it has been one month and I’m not happy about it. It has been stuck in Melrose park for 12 June and until now. I only ordered 6 things which were a dollar each and 9 dollar shipping

This place is quick to take money out of your account but painfully slow when it comes to delivery. Good luck getting your items and/or getting a refund. I haven't gotten a single update from these scumbags.You are honestly better off going to your local dollar store. This company uses a COVID-19 as an excuse, which is utter b.s considering that I don't even live that far from the actual warehouse and that mail carriers are still up and running. I was so excited to get my items. Please put your money elsewhere.

don’t not order from this website!!! i ordered in April and it’s now July and i still haven’t received my ordered, i emailed them about my order and they said that there was no order under my name but i had sent them screenshots of my order number, the date it was ordered and the money coming out of my account! its a total scam and will not be ordering ever again.

I never received my parcel at all. Their team have not helped me in the slightest and is impossible to get in contact with. I paid over £30 with the £10 delivery charge for items. This was 3 months ago. They say they are not responsible for the parcel after it arrives in the destination country. So I am left to deal with it with no refund or anyone to look into the situation, waste of money I definitely wouldn’t risk it again!! So disappointed with level of service

My experience was average while shopping with Miss A. I live in Scotland and I of course expected delivery to take a long time we are in the middle of a global pandemic!! If you have ordered something please don’t let the reviews freak you out and be patient! It will come! I ordered mines 27th April and it arrived 25th June. I love all my products and when I was concerned about how long my order was taking they got back to me the next morning and updated me where my parcel was! 3 stars purely because I only spent about £25 on the website and delivery chargers were £9 (I’ve put £ because of exchange rate) plus side was I didn’t have to pay any customs as my parcel was so light! But I would recommend for cheap make up but be prepared to wait and if you do make sure you order everything you want/ need at the same time :))

I placed a order from here in March and it is now late June and my package is no where to be seen. When I emailed the company they basically said its out of their hands and I will have to go to a postal place where I will have to pay extra duties to receive it. Their services are unacceptable and I will not be buying from here again!

Long wait (50 days not including weekends), it is a great website though and they have great products, there beauty blenders are amazing and only 99c.

I placed an order for miss A on match the 12th and to make sure i could track the package i downloaded an app to that follows the order. It is now June as I went to check where my package was the i formation suddenly disappeared. Not only has my emails for miss A gone missing but as I emailed them about my purchase they asked me to messge the shipping company who asked me to message miss A!!!. Plz do not waste your money and go support another business!!!

I’ve made my order on april 4 and i still havent received
i’ve sent several e-mails but they always answer me the same thing
i’ve spoke to my local post office and they don’t have any information and dhl say the same thing
it’s june 21 and i still havent received
and i also have no info since may 5
i’m from portugal and seriosly it’s really sad to pay almost 10€ euros if shipping and have no info and no package and they don’t even refound ..

My products finally arrived! I placed my order around 23rd April, on the 8th of May I received an email to say my order has been processed and dispatched and a DHL tracking number attached (please note this is when the 7-27 WORKING DAYS shipping wait comes into play not from the second your order has been placed). Don't get me wrong reading these reviews I wasn't hopeful for the products to turn up but didn't mind too much as I ordered less than £50. But I kept checking every other day to see if it had been updated. Upon arrival in NJ I was no longer able to track the parcel so contacted Miss A, within 72 hours I had a response with a new tracking number as it changed once arriving in NJ, With a few more further updates as it was passed around the US. On the 10th of June the tracking updated it had arrived at Heathrow and was passed over to the UK courier service. I was then directed to the USPS and informed I would be send over new tracking details when available however this never happened. I decided I'd wait until the maximum shipping wait came around before contacting again. This morning, day 27, I had a knock at the door from the post man with the parcel which made me feel so relieved as anything coming with Hermes or DPD normally goes missing. If anyone from the UK is considering ordering from this site, I can only advise based on my own experience, then do it, but just be prepared to wait the maximum amount of time for your parcel especially with a worldwide pandemic going on. Thouroughly impressed with the products and good luck to anyone ordering in future.

I placed my order on May 17th and I was going to order more products a couple days ago since many items were in stock again. But I came across this website and I read the reviews and I was super scared my package would not come. So I chose to wait and not order a second round of things until my first order arrived. My package finally came today (June 12). All my products were there and I was not missing anything. In fact, I had some extra that I did not pay for that came so that was a bonus. I placed my second order today. I cannot guarantee that your package will come but just wait and be patient even though it’s super frustrating. I highly suggest buying all you items at once because it takes so long to come and if you choose to “test” the product and then buy more it will take a long time. I live in California so item from Texas is not too far away. I would keep mind the further you are the more time and chances packages can get lost. Be careful. BUT products are totally worth the price.

(FOR PEOPLE WHO ALREADY BOUGHT STUFF) MOST IMPORTANT THING IS DO NOT RELY ON THE “TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE” WEBSITE THEY PROVIDE YOU. IT LITERALLY IS UPDATED SUPER LATE. MY PACKAGE SHOWS IN TRANSIT BUT I HAVE IT AT HOME. SO DO NOT FREAK OUT IF IT DOSENT WORK AND FYI IT TAKES ONE WEEK FOR THEM TO ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR ORDER AND THEN START PACKING YOUR STUFF AND THEN SHIPPING IT FROM TEXAS.

SIDE NOTE: I am not defending the company in any way I’m just stating facts and reasons that I observed.

Bottom LINE: Yes shipping takes a lot time and it seems, ( after reading other comments), your package may or may not get lost.

i ordered my package on MAY 23RD!!! it’s now june 10th and i haven’t received it, customer service is terrible and they WILL NOT help you at all, they will just spew some bs and send you your tracking number again. Do not order from here, no matter the temptation of cheap makeup, you will not receive your order.

They took my money, and I never received any products. It has now been over 40 days, but they claim I have to wait 90 days before they can help me get my money back. Their website says it will take up til 27 days, but customer service wont help even though 27 days has expired. They stop replying. Do not shop from them, especially not if you are an international buyer. This is insane.

I haven’t even received my order and I ordered on the 11th of April , I email them and the shipping couriers and I just get the same replies and it’s so annoying , the customer service is terrible !!!
NEVER SHOP THERE , your basically throwing your money away

If live in EU I would recommed to you to not even visit their website. And if I could I would have given the not a single star. This website is crap even the app wish is 10000000% better then this website!!!!
First of all let me tell you my story.....
I placed an order on march the 3th and today is june 6th and guess what NO ORDER HAS ARRIVED!!! It has been 4 month ok let me repeat 4 FREAKING MONTH??!!! And I have tried to contact them but they answer after 2 weeks and they just tell me they are sad and that I have to wait 90 days for my package to be listed as missing. And I tried to ask them to get my money back and that I dont want my package anymore they told me that they cant???
Am so pissed I swear to god their costumer service is crap like really bad and they only take your money, they dont care if the package has arrived to the buyer or not. I have bought from websites in china like wish and aliexpress but nothing like this has ever happened..
SO I RECOMMED TO ALL OF YOU TO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY ONLY SCAM PEOPLE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!

I put in 3 orders because a youtuber I watch swears by them. I received a shipping number but nothing comes from it. Its been months. I've tried contacting the company with no response. I spent close to $100. Dont waste your money. You won't get your product or your money back.

Ugh, tiktok made me do it and I wish I didn’t.

Shipping took forever, so long I almost forgot I even placed an order with them.
The size of pretty much everything I got was way smaller than I expected. I’d say even smaller than sample sized products you would get in a monthly subscription. The pictures make it look like you will be getting a normal sized product, my fault I didn’t look at how much product was actually there.
Their “essential oils” have no smell to them and I bought quiet a few and they where all the same, along with their lotions.
The quality just isn’t there everything is pretty much trash. I’d definitely not recommend buying anything from here.
Save your time and money!

I had a missing item so I contacted miss a on May5th. The next week someone got back to me and gave me the choice of a refund or credit, i chose the credit. Here it is June 3rd and they will not answer any of my emails back. I email them atleast once a week. I feel like they are intentionally ignoring me. Its sad because I order from them a lot but will not any more and encourage you to think twice about ordering from them also. They have very poor customer service
