SHOPONIX DONT BUY!!!! Never using Google search again after this being top of everyone’s search for goods. How they can allow this to happen to innocent buyers, and STILL not take this Shoponix fake website down is beyond me so shame on you😡

Just a scam but PayPal refunded. Good old PayPal, at least they never let me down. Got £270 back for the tv that was never posted even though I got a Royal Mail tracking number 🤔

How can they get away with this??
Has anyone contacted the Police if so what did they say do we all need to go to them. Im so frustrated like all of you.

Zero stars really for these thieves! It is a scam, donnot buy anything from Shoponix, I think they trade on Amazon and Ebay too. Avoid like the plague. They provide with a Royal Mail tracking number which never changes its status because they don't post anything! Royal Mail still waiting for items to arrive, this is how they try and keep people believing the item is on its way. Just a scam. We should all report them to cyber crime.

Same as everyone else, placed an order, marked as dispatched, got a Royal Mail tracking number saying “goods are on their way to us” us being Royal Mail. 3 weeks later nothing. Their mailbox is full so messages bounce back. PayPal is on the case for a claim.

THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY!!! I paid with PayPal so they are on the case. The day u purchase something u receive a txt from an American number saying it's been dispatched and it gives u a royal mail tracking number. AND THEN U HEAR NOTHING!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. MY SON SAVED UP FOR HIS TABLET. I HOPE YOU B A S T A R D S ROT IN HELL!!!!

The website looks fairly slick and totally credible but beware. I paid £240 via Paypal for a Nintendo Switch, received order confirmation emails and even a Royal Mail tracking number, though they never recieved the item. After a couple of days I sent an email which was immediately bounced back – "mailbox full" so have filed a claim with Paypal.

Bought drone from them, paid for express delivery. Royal Mail still awaiting the item. How are they allowed to still be able to sell and scam people?

If I could I would give no stars. This company is a complete scam. I ordered a Dyson vacuum on express delivery. It was not dispatched. Luckily I used PayPal, lodged a case with them and received a ruling in my favour. I am going to receive a full refund, including the express delivery I paid for. Shame on Shoponix, but well done PayPal.

Ordered a Nintendo switch lite more than 2 weeks ago and never received it. Absolutely disgusting how people can sleep at nite after stealing folks money. Put in a claim with PayPal and just waiting to see if they can get any further

Do NOT order anything from this site. I ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 weeks ago which should have been delivered in 2 days. Item has not been sent, tried calling the number on their site - it goes through to a mobile & emails are bouncing back. Checked on Companies House & they are a newly registered company. Lots of other victims of this well orchestrated fraud all over the net saying the same thing. I have reported them to the ActionFraud Police Website & to trading standards. The Directors address details are on Companies House website.

No answer on the phone, one of their email address inbox is full, and they seemingly ignore the other one. I, like many others, have raised a claim with PayPal and am waiting to see what happens.

Learned my lesson - if you've never heard of a website, ALWAYS investigate first. If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

Just like others, Nintendo Switch, provided tracking for royal mail, not delivered, email box is full, phone get cuts off. Have dispute with paypal which is taking ages to resolve. AVOID, report to Trading Standards. I've ordered elsewhere, please refund my money.

Why can’t I give no stars? This company is a TOTAL SCAM. Just parted with £199.99 for a hoover which never arrived. I am a vulnerable pensioner and I now find myself battling to get my money back. Shabby thieves .Emails are bounced back and no one answers the phone .... not surprising. They are trading today utter scum bags. I urge everyone to contact action fraud.

Just been scammed for a playstation game. I have reported the website to action fraud and suggest everyone else does the same

Utterly disgraceful scammers. Ordered a Samsung tablet. Money was taken instantly on the 3rd August and a RM tracking no sent. Since then, no response to emails, all bouncing back from a .de server. The phone no. either doesn't ring or not answered. I should have looked at the reviews first. Caveat Emptor indeed!
