See the Samsung Telly I wanted advertised for a hundred pound cheaper £399 checked the site and had the padlock sign and everything so thought it was safe and didn’t think it was dodgy so paid through PayPal received my receipt and tracking link did not think nothing of it a few days before my delivery date I checked the progress of my delivery and it was still the same so emailed them numerous times no reply and then tried ringing them and the number would just ring and got a really bad feeling in my stomach my friend done some digging about and told me to get in touch with PayPal which I did just awaiting their response I’m absolutely gutted I don’t know how these people sleep at night just hope PayPal help me out

I have today had notification that I will be receiving a refund through PayPal.👍

This is a scam. I should have read the reviews before i placed an order with them. I ordered a 43inch LG Smart TV. They have niw deleted their website and the sad thing is I did not pay them through paypal so may not get the money back. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, IT IS A SCAM

Looks like I might have been had. Ordered a PS4 game 1 August 2020. Royal Mail tracking page says it is on its way to THEM. This hasn't changed in days. Now I've read the reviews and looks like I won't be getting the game. Should have read the reviews first. No fool like and old fool.

Same as everyone else. Have escalated a claim through paypal. Ordered a tv and never recieved it. Taking this all the way if unsuccessful.

They have now deleted their website. Get your money back complete scam! We spent over £700 and received nothing couldnt get hold of them or anything. Ridiculous is an understatement

¬10 stars, scammers, only pay by collection, and test the equipment. I've contacted the police, PayPal are involved too. Paid for goods, nothing received. Known fraudsters. Research reviews before purchasing anything. The directors will just shut this business down, and open another. Research the directors first!!!

I ordered a smart phone 25 days ago.
Unfortunately I never received said phone. I couldn't even a contact number and did not get a response them. Thanks to eBay's resolving centre, I got a refund. Total scam.
Do not deal with them.

Hi bought ps4 pro 300 pound got well ripped it’s a proper scam

I ordered an xbox controller 2 weeks ago and it was meant to come 5-7 business days but hasn’t came so I’ll be requesting refund off of paypal

I ordered an item around three weeks ago paid by pay pal and never received the item in question.
Today PayPal have reimbursed my money.
I had confirmation that it had been dispatched to royal mail for delivery. I would not touch this company with a barge pole.

Everyone please contact Actionfraud. I did and got my money refunded. Good luck

Shoponix is a scam.I have ordered a Nintendo switch on August 1st still not received.

It looks like I've also been scammed by them. Ordered a £200 TV two weeks ago, no delivery and un contactable. I've applied for a refund through Paypal which they will hopefully grant me.

Quick update. PayPal refunded me the £200. Had to wait a couple of weeks but it came back in my favour thankfully.

Ordered a Samsung tablet been waiting nearly three weeks. They do not respond to emails. Their phone number ring's then cuts you off.
Waiting for PayPal to give me a refund.

I WOULDN'T TOUCH THEM WITH A BARDGE POLE. PAID FOR TV OVER 2 WEEKS AGO GIVEN A ROYAL MAIL TRACKING NUMBER THAT NEVER UPDATED. THEN THEY HAD THE NERVE TO MAIL ME FOR A PRODUCT REVIEW. TALK ABOUT RUB MY NOSE IN IT. THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, AND EMAILS ARE RETURNED BECAUSE THEIR INBOX IS FULL.. NO REFUND OFFERED SO THE FRAUD INVESTIGATION SHOULD HAVE THE LAST LAUGH.
PS. THEY ACTUALLY ADVERTISED ON JOHN LEWIS SITE WHICH I SUSPECT WAS ALSO A SCAM. DID I SAY THIS IS A SCAM?

SCAM
Ordered, received confirmation email and even a Royal Mail Tracking Number.
Thankful received money back from PayPal, this was resolved very quickly - so assuming have had lots of claims.
I have contacted Royal Mail to let them know are being used in a scam - not really interested.
Also contacted the Citizen Advice and have been told passing detail of Shoponix to trading standards.
