I purchased a TV on 31/7/2020 I can provide same feedback as others here, I received email confirmation and a Royal Mail tracking number, Royal Mail states they have not received item. Email sales@shoponix it comes back as an error!!! Fu*king Raging is an understatement 😡 Purchase report to PayPal so will see how that ends!

Scam!!!!!!! Bought a switch lite through eBay from these people and it never turned up. Got to wait 8 days for a response (which will never come) and then eBay can take over and look into this- praying that I get my £170 back! Shameless horrible people.

Exactly the same as all the other reviews. Fake Royal Mail dispatch notice received. I guess they have some further scam which will leave PayPal at a loss as they honour refunds under buyer protection, while the scumbags rub their hands together at everyone else’s expense! DO NOT BUY. REPORT WHERE YOU CAN TO GET SITE TAKEN DOWN.

Another sucker for a bargain fallen for a scam. Again. Twice in two months with two different sites I’ve done this. Lesson learned. Karma will call for them I’m sure.

TV NEVER RECEIVED!
Ordered a TV online and received a Royal Mail tracking number that has not been updated in days . Still states Royal Mail is waiting to receive item. Have tried to call them MULTIPLE times and no one answers or responds to email. So upset ! Do not order :(

Update: I contacted Royal Mail who stated that they see these scams a lot and there is no way the company were sending them a TV as the item supposedly connected to this Royal Mail tracking number weighs less than 500g and that they don’t even deliver TV’s. Currently dialling action fraud to report would advise you to do the same!

Ordered £180 AirPod pros off eBay page 5 days ago and item has been “despached” for the last 4 days. NOTHING has arrived. This company is a SCAM DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS SAVE YOUR MONEY. PayPal is going to be contacted for fraud and I will be getting my money back very soon. Bloody pisstake. They don’t answer any phone calls too so don’t bother. AVOID at all costs guys

EXPOSED THEM WITH THEIR HOME ADDRESS Same as all the others. Got tracking code so foned Royal Mail after several days had passed, who said that they received nothing from them. Foned Shoponix and no answer, foned Unit nextdoor to them and they said that they never see anyone there. There are two people registered as running this company at Companies House. Jozef DREVENAK and the person who owns 75% or more is Eqbal MIAH(Home address 23 Reynell Road, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England, M13 0PU)
Jozef DREVENAK also has other fraudulent companies called SHOPLAB UK LIMITED and SATURN BUY UK LTD. Jozef DREVENAK's home address is 2 Broomfield Square, Rochdale, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom, OL11 1QA... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Scam company . Avoid. Still waiting for my nintendo switch that was supposed to be my daughter Bday present. How can you steal money from innocent child. You should be ashamed of yourself. I reported this to my bank and Action Fraud. Disgusting thieves. Fb page is gone so does Instagram . Email is no longer valid phone is being cut off constantly!!!!

Same experience as everyone else. Paid for express delivery, received Royal Mail tracking no., Royal Mail haven't received parcel and neither have I. No response to emails, no telephone response. This outfit is fraudulent.

will take your money and give you a tracking number but nothing will ever appear it is a scam The scum will take your money and you will get nothing And if you've already used them through PayPal Report it to PayPal as soon as possible

Report your issue with this company with your bank or PayPal. Raise the case with action fraud too. Keep any emails they have sent you lucky enough my phone records all my phone calls so I will also be raising a civil case against the company. They're really scaming people during a pandemic. If you don't know if you will receive your money back ill recommend to contact citizen advice.

Scam, listed as an "EBAY top seller with a 98% satisfaction rating" . EBAY need to fix this, payed £250 for a switch bundle. Not happy with EBAY here, they should check sellers are legit before they say they are a top seller

A total scam like everyone else are saying. Order hanging on "Item despatched to Royal Mail" for days. Company Facebook page and Instagram account taken down. All products listed as out of stock. Emails sent to the company bounce. Hoping to get money back through a complaint with PayPal.
