Ordered a Nintendo Switch, no product no replys to my emails. PayPal claim processing.

TOTAL SCAM FRAUDSTERS - Ordered a 58" TV paid for express delivery - Sent Tracking number for royal mail which just stating royal mail are waiting for the parcel. Phone number not working, emails bouncing back as mailbox is full/deleted. All items on the website now showing as out of stock. Luckily paid with paypal so will hopefully get my money back. Even have the filthy advert on the website stating 5% cashback for bank transfers.... Need reporting to the police.

Have reported to PayPal. Also reported to Klarna as they are advertising as a partner which is what made me believe it was legit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Similar to everyone else. Ordered tv. Was sent RM tracking number. Everything seemed legit. Site is impressive with money back guarantee. Tracking number hasnt progressed for 4 days. Everything on site now seems "sold out", Have sent info to Action Police. Suggest you all do the same to sort theses scammers out. Ordered by debit card yet weirdly confirmation email shows payment from paypal. Have contacted paypal and bank in the vain hope of getting my money back. I paid by debit card but confirmation came through saying thanks for your paypal payment. Anyone know why?

Yep same as everyone else, bought a 43" tv for my eldests 13th birthday, had fake tracking number, phones don't work and emails bounce. If it feels to good to be true it generally ends in 😢

Bought a mobile 2 weeks ago. Not arrived. In same position as everybody else. Phone number incorrect, no reply to emails. Tracking number says on way to royal mail.reported to PayPal and credit card company.
Hope i get my money back. Terrible people.

Ordered Nintendo switch 2 weeks still no Nintendo you email them or phone them they just blank you and they have taken my money .would never use again .

Same as everyone else - false tracking number sent of which has now stayed in the same position ever since - I’ve also this morning now received a mail box full message when trying to contact them - I should have trust my gut and not done the purchase but I guess you live & learn when it come too low life scum!!😡

OMG couldn’t find any reviews before purchasing. Guess im another sucker who has been scammed by these cretins! Paid £199 for a dyson - should have known with the price. Paid through paypal so waiting to here back. Why is it still running if there are all these reviews. Again, found out same way -royal mail tracking number sent via email from the fake company and it just states: “the sender has advised it’s on its way to royal mail”. This was 6 days ago same message on tracking. Phone number doesn’t work, email undeliverable! Why aren’t they in prison!

Terrible company!!! I ordered a Nintendo switch lite through their eBay shop on Monday morning and by Thursday I had opened up a dispute with the seller through PayPal! They should be ashamed of their so-called company and absolutely shame on them for scamming people out of their hard-earned money!!! Avoid this company at all costs and if you have already bought something from them either through their online store or through their eBay store if you paid through PayPal go straight to Paypal and open up a dispute. If paid by credit card get in touch with the credit card company! You can get your money back and do not stop until you do!

OMG.....I wish i had checked reviews before making a purchase. Bought Nintendo switch for my son's birthday. As others, royal mail tracking number not progressed to delivery, static status. Logged with resolution with PayPal, so glad i paid through them. Also used credit card so will advise the cc company as that may be another way to get the money back. Well done everyone for reporting. i did do some checks on the product authenticity and the security lock on the site made be believe it was legit. ALWAYS CHECK REVIEWS WILL BE MAY LEARNING FROM THIS. No present for my son's birthday tomorrow.......

My son used his birthday money to buy a Nintendo switch from this company. Never arrived, emails unanswered - absolutely gutted! Hoping PayPal will help in getting the money back & these criminals get caught.

Yep Same As Every Other Before Me, STAY CLEAR!!! Item Ordered & Received Update To Say My Item Was On The Way To Royal Mail For 24hr Delivery, Tracking Number Doesn’t Exist, No Answer On Phone & Emails Bounce Back! Thankfully Paid With PayPal So Should Get Money Back But STAY CLEAR Of The SCUM!

I believe this company is a scam. I paid nearly £400 for a Dyson and have only received a tracking no for Royal Mail which states the item has never even been sent to them!

The companies email just bounces back, they have zero social media or contact numbers.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!

Avoid avoid avoid. Like others who have already commented, ordered something on their website which looked good value for money, a week later - item still not arrived. Recieved a Royal Mail tracking number which doesn’t exist. Shoponix email address bounces back and they never pick up their phone. Already reported to PayPal. Stay clear!
