Lost my delivery - very slow to respond.
I posted an iPhone I sold on ebay using Shutl. It never made it to the person who bought it. Tracking showed it was picked up by the driver, but somehow went missing by the time it got to the depot.
Let's be generous and say the delivery driver misplaced it. They could at least have the decently to sort it out quickly. I've waited over three weeks for a response. Now they have finally admitted they have lost it and are trying to fob me off onto some other company - Packlink. Totally unacceptable.

Then give basic advice.

Shutl are useless
Shut are the most useless company I have ever come across. Why ebay introduced this service is uncomprehensable. It borders on daylight robbery. The introduction of a lable printing service for a service that is free if you book direct with Hermes the same compnay that Shutl use. I have have had a long running dispute over £2.75.
Their customer service use worse than usless with generic answers such as "We are sorry to hear of your inconvenience etc etc.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !!!! Use a courier or Hermes direct

Don't use this service. They don't invoice your ebay account so you have no idea what is owed. They do not contact you either. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced after working in customer service myself for 15 years.
Two unauthorised payments taken
I've just had two payments taken by Shutl via Paypal. I have not used Shutl, Ebay or Paypal in months, so this is an error or a fraud. Paypal will not help. Shutl has no UK phone number or address. They refer you to "live chat" on their website, but that has gone missing.
Something is going very very wrong there.
Charged twice
Received my Monthly Shutl invoice so I paid my Shutl invoice of £32 via my paypal account then 2 days later Shutl attempted to take the payment from my paypal account, as there was insufficient funds they tried my bank account but I spoke to my bank who declined the payment as I thought it was a fraudulent transaction from paypal as I knew I owed paypal nothing. Shutl then took the money from my credit card liinked to my paypal account as a second back up as my bank declined the transaction, this has taken me over my credit card limit so now additional fees and cannot get a response from Shutl, only an email address linked to their support, so I am now £64 out of pocket for £32 fee and no one to talk to resolve it. Paypal said I need to talk to eBay, eBay saying I need to talk to Shutl and Shutl not responded to my email......shocking, just want to talk to someone to get it resolved. Why do Shutl give you the option to pay the invoice manually and then take the payment again when you have already paid it. So frustrated.

Has anyone else had trouble with Shutl taking unauthorised funds from Paypal?
I haven’t sold anything on eBay since April & they have been taking amounts over the last few months totalling £85
Found out from eBay that they are no longer affiliated with Shutl & they aren’t willing to help get almost £100 of money back as apparently it was my choice to use them as a third party delivery option on the eBay website.
Equally Paypal won’t accept these are unauthorised payments because I had originally (2017) authorised delivery charges to come straight from Paypal.
I am therefore currently unable to get help from any party as Shutl appear to be uncontactable.
I am continuing to try for compensation through Paypal as there is no seller information to contact them direct on any of the 5 transactions since May.

shutl have charged me £116.33 for the end of aug though ebay when ebay stopped using them the end of July and I was paid up. Packlink takes each payment out as used. Put a claim in though paypal and they have gone in Shutl favour - why when they were not providing services for them in August - they should know this!! I had better get my money back - as I won't rest until I do!!

I payed for every shipment by my C.card on PayPal but also received £33.48 bill from Shutl... Bill from Ebay and from Shutle eat all my profit ! They are bunch of unscrupulous robbers !!! Will delete them from Paypal because at the end I payed more for shipping than than before.
I was under priced for a parcel
I was under priced for a parcel I wanted to post. The fee was £3.90. The post office wanted £21 on top as the label I printed out after paying, stated 0.001kg and the parcel was 5.3kgs.
I have tried to get a refund from Shutl for the postage I had paid and not used as I ended up posting with Hermes. I will never use Shutl again as they are a waste of space and time. Patypal will not refund as the postage label was paid for and Royal Mail say they will not refund.
Ebay Shutl is just a greedy company which make mistakes on postage but never accept their responsibilities.

This rubbish company called shutl connected with eBay use worst dlvry company hermes who picked up my parcel from home but didn't update the tracking details on their system and then when contacted shutl they couldn't find anything/parcel on their system. So i lost my parcel because of their stupid Hermes dlvy driver, had to refund full money to the customer on eBay as he opened up case item not received plus a negative feedback...So never use this company for dlvry. If I have an option fir negative feedback I'll leave a. -100%
Useless
Used once and paid my £2.79 for the one off shipment. I’m still getting invoices and when I email them they reply with keep checking PayPal.
Sorry but this is not acceptable and it is verging on harassment and total and utter incompetence.

Complete wast of time and money
Shutl have invoiced me for a service they never even provided.
Their local drop off point would not accept my parcel. I tried to contact Shutl but impossible: they have no contact number, only a useless online chat, presumably staffed by a bot. I was told by the bot that because my barcode was never scanned I would not be charged, yet today I receive an invoice.
Complete waste of my money and, more importantly, my precious time.
Normally I never leave negative reviews, preferring instead to vote with my feet, but I feel compelled to warn others against this clown show.

Shutl/ Hermes lost my guitar. They took no responsibility for this theft. All Rebecca at shutl kept saying was ‘ you didn’t take out enhanced cover’. As I pointed out many times, it doesn’t cover instruments. Incompetent companies you can’t ever speak to.
