Terrible Customer Service and Faulty Product
I purchased the silk and bubble bundle which contained the shampoo, hair mask and hair mist.
The mist arrived leaking and the box was soaked, I spoke to customer service regarding this and they said they will send me another mist replacement and I still did not recieve it. I have sent another follow up email regarding this and no one has got back to me. This issue occured on the 2nd of August and it is now the 31st of August. Extremely dissapointing

My delivery arrived very late which i had to chase up and they promised a compensation which they never even sent.
Failed beyond imagination.
Failed to deliver in time as promised. Eventually arrived after a few months but by then I had forgotten completely about this product and didn't really need it anymore. I genuinely couldn't be bothered with the hassle of returning this so I kept it and now use it as an expensive paper weight.

I ordered the silk and bubble shampoo from them on first of december last year. Got 2 bottles. I received my order well. I used it for a week and noticed i had a terrible itchy scalp. I just kept itching all day and night. I then decided to stop using the shampoo to see if it makes a difference and to see if i it was really the shampoo that was causing it. And it was. so i immediately contacted them via email. After numerous emails to them they finally got in touch and asked me to check if any of the ingredients on it were allergic to me. I checked and replied no that was not the case and explained everything in detail. since then i have bounced the email to them so many times but not one reply.
Absolutley bad customer service. I would never buy from them again. The fact that they dont even respond to you being a big company shows that they are very unprofessional and only there to take your money. Once u place the order they do not care. It has been over 4 months now for this on going issue. I mean how long does it tske to get back in to contact with someone or reply to n email.

I placed an order in December and my order was wrong until this day its not been sorted out I have contacted them many times and noone has responded to my emails.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Terrible company. Waited over 2 months for the products I purchased and got some excuses as to why the order never reached me. Until I demanded a refund did they decide to send my order. Absolutely useless and I will never be ordering from them again.

My order was sent for delivery on 8th…
My order was sent for delivery on 8th December 2022 and I was unable to accept the delivery as I was not at home. The order was sent back to Silk & Bubble and the customer service assistant said it could take up to 30 days for them to receive the item back. Only then can they send the item back / issue a refund. It is now 28th January 2023 and the customer service assistant has stopped replying to my emails. I don’t think I will be getting my product let alone a refund. Have purchased once in the past and this would have been the second time but won’t be purchasing again.
Absolutely poor service
Absolutely poor service - Sent my items back for a refund, heard nothing for a month. Emailed/direct messaged/called and had no response except automatic useless responses. Still haven’t been able to reach anyone regarding this.
Appauling service and wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this company at all.
