Not received an order placed since 6th august contacted several times still not received an answer or the order !!!!

I only received 2 of my masks rather…
I only received 2 of my masks rather then 4 I emailed numerous times and I got a reply to say it was 2 part package and it will be looked into and never received it ordered in May. Still waiting till this day to get my two hair masks i paid for they removed my first comment looks like they only want the good comments to stay up misleading

Product has not been received and no response on a refund
Product has not been received. Initially customer service told me it would be resent to me once the courier took it back to them. Months gone by and nothing. I’ve asked for a refund using multiple outlets (2 email addresses, instagram DM) but never get a response to this request. So no product to comment on and out of pocket. Appalling and unacceptable customer service.

Silk & Bubble Hair mask
I have consistently being using the Silk & Bubble hair mask with every wash the last 18 months. I have noticed a great improvement in the texture of my hair. My hair is very healthy, silky and soft. My hair has started growing due to using the Silk & Bubble hair mask. I had a bit of thinning on the top right of my head due to wearing hijab, my hair has started growing back in that area. I cannot recommend the Silk & Bubble hair mask enough. I gift it to all my family and friends.

package came damaged emailed them straight away and nothing has been done luckily went through paypal and got my refund...if it wasnt for paypal i dont think i would have got my money back or any replacement(which i didnt anyway) customer service is very poor

not great! my parcel came completely damaged and half of the product was out. I contacted the team on instagram and they gave me an email address to email. i emailed ages ago and never heard back.
their products might be good but such a horrible customer service will always make me question if i want to purchase again

Loyal customer dissappointed
I have been a customer now for over a year. And I have always been happy, until the 1st December. I ordered some vitamins as a two months supply, only for it to have the same batch number and bbe date as ones I ordered early in the year. The bbe date being January 2022. Considering I had less than two months to consume them (currently using other vitamins so wasnt going to start straight away). When I emailed them I got a response saying that its the shelf life for when they destroy them and it still had a year left until it expires. I wasn't comfortable consuming them, and after a number of emails back and Forth. They told me to return the vitamins and they would replace with new ones. When u asked if they would pay the delivery fee to return. I heard no response back so emailed again and its been 2 weeks since the last email. As a loyal customer I feel very let down.
