Gavin was great, he was patient and gave all relevant information. Made me feel at ease.

Ten months after instructing Simpler Law, paying hundreds of pounds l have no will. The draft they sent was incorrect and they have not corrected nor are they able to clarify what inclusion thet have written are. There complaints procedure haa not been shared aa requested. They do not fall under the ombuseman and are not members of The will writers society. Next stop trading standards do not use them

The service so far has been good! Everything has happened as we were told it would do. Although at this present time we are only in the middle of our journey with Simpler Law. All members of the staff we have had an interaction with have been very helpful and knowledgeable within their roles.

Shane was a sweetheart. I was extremely nervous and he was accommodating and friendly. He also explained everything very concisely and made sure everything was set up well.

Danielle was fantastic helping me with my will. Danielle kept things clear and simple making sure I understood I highly recommend anyone looking to have their wills written to use simpler law.

They are NOT LEGAL Solicitors but SCAM Artists who advertised on the Shop on TV channel. I hope mine & others info given to channel has put a stop to them advertising there. I keep checking in the early hours to make sure they are not.
I have since found out money we have paid for a non LEGAL service was way above what a GENUINE Solicitor would have charged. I have asked for our money back to no avail but i will keep informing on these SCAMMERS.
Don't touch them even though they are getting these so called reviews, find out who really are writing them.
If you have made the initial mistake of getting involved do NOT get fooled by follow up calls it's all a SCAM.

I am very happy with the service I received, I was informed by phone and E mail of all the information I needed. At the meeting I was given advice and the lady was very friendly and listened to what I wanted putting in place. The whole experience was very positive and I would recommend Simpler Law to others.

Charlotte was on time for our appointment she was friendly and explained everything thoroughly and made me at ease with everything we discussed.

After the Trust had been set up and registered, and having talked to other people, I felt we had paid a lot for not very much. Taking away our personal details from the mass of Legal, Generic details left very little. Even registering the trust, I thought would be covered by the £4000 fee.
However that's the way of things now.

From start to finish the process was straightforward and explained fully by Shane. The service was excellent and I would recommend Simpler Law to family and friends. No hidden costs, easy to follow and efficient.

I saw Simpler law on a shopping channel and was interested because I could complete everything on the phone or e-mail instead of visiting a solicitors office . Joe my consultant was excellent , he was patient,empathetic and a credit to the company .All the staff I came in contact with were helpful guiding me in the right direction .I am so relieved my signed will is now safely stored back with them .I only wish my partner had made a will before he unexpectedly passed ,the stress and expense has been awful and time consuming.I would gladly recommend this company.

All questions were very clear and easy to understand really easy process and done within forty minutes

I spent £1200 on a will and trust fund set up about 3 years ago, documents came with incorrect information, contacted them about it. Never heard from them again. Crooks , thieves and fraudsters.
Stay away from them.
After your reply my opinion of Similar Law has not changed.

Every member of the team that i've met or spoken to on the phone have been extremely pleasant, kind and reassuring through the whole process. They have been upfront and honest and guided me safely through the whole process allowing me to make the right choices to suit my needs. I feel very confident with the decision I made, knowing that my Will has been arranged. Such a great team. Well done 👏

Made my Will but when I asked for advice on a particular subject, I was told they could not give me advice, so not particularly happy
