Review of My Experience with SingSaver
My recent experience with SingSaver has been highly disappointing and raises serious concerns about the reliability and transparency of their reward fulfilment process.
I applied for the Trust Bank loan in May 2025 directly through SingSaver’s website, using their provided link, and then completed the loan application in the Trust Bank app exactly as instructed. Immediately afterwards, SingSaver emailed me saying that my reward was “waiting,” which clearly implied that the necessary steps had been completed.
When I later followed up regarding the reward, I was told that a referral code was required—information that was not stated upfront. Trust Bank itself then provided me with the proper referral code on the same day, confirming my participation in the promotion. I also submitted proof of my active loan, including screenshots and bank confirmation, leaving no ambiguity about meeting the eligibility requirements.
Despite all this, SingSaver later claimed that there was “no confirmed valid loan,” which is simply incorrect. When I challenged this and provided the evidence, they initiated an appeal and told me the process would take 4–8 weeks. After waiting patiently, their final message was that the reward would still not be approved, with no meaningful explanation, no acknowledgement of the evidence provided, and no accountability for the misleading communication that occurred at multiple steps.
The most frustrating part is that all actions were completed in good faith, precisely in accordance with SingSaver’s stated process, yet the outcome dismisses the facts entirely. Receiving contradictory information and vague rejections, even after providing complete documentation, leaves the strong impression that SingSaver’s reward verification process is inconsistent at best, and unfair at worst.
A platform that markets itself around rewards should ensure clarity, transparency, and honouring legitimate claims. Unfortunately, my experience shows none of these.
I will not be using SingSaver again, and I will advise others to be cautious when participating in their promotions—especially when rewards are promised upfront but later denied without valid justification.
Final note: After several weeks of calls and providing documentation directly to Trust Bank, the matter was ultimately resolved with Trust Bank itself, which verified that my claim was valid. The fact that the bank recognised my eligibility—while SingSaver repeatedly rejected and mishandled the case—reflects even more poorly on SingSaver’s internal processes. My recommendation is simple: avoid this website at all costs.

Horrible experience, never paid out the rewards. When asking for it they only give standardized responses about “something went wrong” or “something is missing”, without providing further details. Don’t use it, its a waste of your time and energy

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with SingSaver’s travel insurance promotions. I signed up for a plan that was heavily advertised with attractive freebies and rewards, yet none of these were ever delivered.
Each time I contacted customer service, I was told it would take five weeks for follow-up and eight weeks for approval, only to later receive a rejection without clear explanation. This has now happened three times, and each case has dragged on for months — sometimes close to a year — with no proper resolution.
It is very frustrating to see such misleading promotions and poor customer service. Please beware of this website. Is unreliable.

I am also having problem with SingSaver! Their reward doesn’t come true! I am disappointed! I am still emailing them. Sigh!!

Despite purchasing the product via SingSaver within the first 2.5 hours of the promotion, the reward application was unsuccessful, even with 200 gifts available. This serves as a reminder to sign up early, even if the offer is running for the entire week or month.
SingSaver could consider updating their webpage whenever the sign-up numbers are reached, similar to how CapitaLand handles the availability of promo vouchers at various malls.
Quite bad experience with SingSaver. Since the time I applied the credit card with them, still haven't received the rewards after 3 months, and they replied that it might take one more month for them to process the rewards.
Terrible, waited for more than 7 months and send more than 9 email to chase them. In short, do not trust them and choose other companies like moneysmart which I have a better experience
I bought a one-year Singlife travel insurance policy online through SingSaver. The same day I received an email from Singsaver confirming that I will be entitled to receive a $70 shopping voucher. SingSaver has since ignored my emails and almost one year on, there is no response from SingSaver.
Title: Disappointed by Misleading Promotion and Poor Customer Support – Beware of Tiger Brokers and Singsaver
I am extremely disappointed with both Tiger Brokers and Singsaver over a misleading promotion that turned into a very frustrating experience.
I was attracted by an ad on Singsaver promoting a $200 Shopee voucher for opening a Tiger Brokers account and depositing a specified amount. I carefully followed the instructions — I clicked the link from the Singsaver ad, opened an account with Tiger Brokers, deposited the required funds, and even filled up and submitted the redemption form as directed.
After fulfilling all the requirements, I never received the voucher. I was later told I was ineligible because I supposedly didn’t apply through the correct link. However, I have email evidence with timestamps, screenshots, and multiple follow-up emails over months showing I accessed the offer through Singsaver and completed every step.
Despite all this, my appeal was rejected with no proper explanation, and both companies passed the blame without taking accountability. What’s worse, Tiger Brokers’ trading fees turned out to be much higher than expected, which makes the entire experience even more disappointing.
This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Their handling of the situation shows poor customer service and zero commitment to fairness. I genuinely feel cheated, and I want others to be aware before falling for such promotions.
To anyone considering signing up through Singsaver or Tiger Brokers — be very cautious. Take screenshots of everything and don’t expect support if things go wrong. Based on my experience, I strongly don't recommend either of these platforms.
After signing up for a HSBC credit card via Singsaver, they have not delivered the stated rewards after more than 4 months and I am still reminding them month after month. Very bad experience. Do not recommend any sign up via Singsaver.
Have never posted any reviews, good or bad. But experience with them is so bad that I'm doing this.
I have applied more than 10years of various credit cards and sign up rewards. Am very familiar with the usual processes and fulfilment times.
Applied for $300 vouchers that states :can be used in conjunction with others.
When redeeming, this is not the case and EXACT OPPOSITE: CANNOT be used in conjunction.
Intentionally misleading, no?
Apart from that, multiple technical issues when redeeming. Example wan to redeem $10 grab voucher for car, but suddenly system is down. At that moment, how? How to use?
Do you think you can pre redeem every single time u order grab or food?
Why put yourself through all these?

SingSaver
Dear all ,
Please you might not receive your rewards , think twice when you apply through SingSaver.
This is my first time applying through SingSaver on June 2024 for HSBC .
I’m so sure I fulfilled all the criteria and waited for the confirmation email from SingSaver to fill up the rewards form .
However after 4-5 months of waiting I still don’t get it , I tried to call they customer service team but there is no response , neither there is any other platform for me to call to verify .
So I have to continue to wait for the email since all my friend says their rewards email is usually so slow and sometimes it could take half a year to receive .
After 6 months of waiting I couldn’t wait anymore , so I tried to call HSBC which they told me they didn’t include me in the welcome gift offer while I met all the criteria but because I didn’t choose the consent of marketing contact.
Which I feel this is ridiculous, and it’s a scam for us to apply the credit card .
After 2 months of liaising with HSBC , they told me they couldn’t help on this as the welcome gift is providing by SingSaver itself, they simply offer me something much cheaper that the original rewards which is a luggage or $250 cash back .
So dear all, think twice before you want to sign up through SingSaver.
Thanks all I can advise :)
Good day
They did reply email and pretend to review, review and review. Already passed the time line and there is no response from them. I will lodge a complaint with MAS if they try to scam me. I believe they are regulated by MAS.
Zero stars
Please don’t be scammed by them and the STANDARD CHARTED BANK.
I have currently relayed my situation to my lawyer, CASE and will be filing a report to the police if they have not given the rewards they promised.
As usual, did not receive the rewards from them. Applied in Mar 2024, was told that the rewards will be delayed till Jan 2025. Waited till now and no response, emailed them and the customer service went full MIA.
Very bad experience. Applied card with promo, after many months no instruction for gift redemption. Wrote in to check a few times, customer support took weeks to get back. In the end still didn’t get gift.
Singsaver offers many collaborations with credit card and trading brokers. While there are iPad, iPhone, and Webull promotion rewards, they never come true after signing up with them for more than six months. When emailing to inquire about a few of the signed-up promotions for more than 6 months, the same following email reply from Singsaver which is a total scam; Just wanted to follow up on your recent request and see if you had any further questions or needed any more help with this issue any further questions or needed any more help with this issue.
We haven't heard back in a couple of days, so to make sure our records are accurate, we'll be closing out this case soon.
But no worries! If you still need assistance, just reply to this email and we'll be happy to jump back in.
Have a great day!
Warmly,
The SingSaver Team
Think Twice.
Unfortunately, I should have read the reviews before going ahead with Singsaver and OCBC for their 365 Credit Card back in August 2023. Nothing has been fulfilled, and nothing will be. The shiny new iPad my child needed for school was merely an advertising scam, who knew MAS and OCBC bought into this business scam and all done under Singapore governments noses?
Read thru the reviews here and i totally agreed with everyone. Same happened to me; Singsaver advertised apply for SCB card and entitled to Dyson Hair Dryer + Air Curler set when I spent the required amount within 3 months of getting the card. After many emails (yes, no tel number to call them) and 1 year later, they said I was not eligible for the said reward! BIG TIME SCAMMER
