Misleading rewards title

Misleading rewards option- signed up a credit card via the singsaver website and choose the reward of miles thinking it will be miles credited directly into the credit card as I have chosen a credit card earning miles. But no, they have used a third party called HEYMAX for the mile fulfilment, I have not heard about Heymax and even thought it’s a scam when they sent me an email of my rewards, what’s worst is there’s so many hidden terms and conditions that makes redeeming 100% of the miles almost impossible. So basically you will be short change or get to enjoy the reward lesser than what was promised.

DO NOT SIGN UP CREDIT CARDS WITH SINGSAVER!!!
TLDR; Forced to change credit card rewards to an inferior one 5 months after signing up and waited 3 more months with nothing still even after multiple emails. FYI T&Cs say they will fulfill within 4 months. Steer clear!

Timeline:
17 March 2024- Signed up credit card and within 2 weeks hit minimum spend

23 August 2024 (5 MONTHS AFTER)- Singsaver sends an email to ask to swap gifts to from Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer to inferior options. AND GUESS WHAT?! Literally a week after, saw that they were offering Dyson hair dryers to another batch of sign ups. Ridiculous.

And they said my rewards would have to be delayed again and would be notified in October.

4 November 2024 (8 MONTHS AFTER)- October is over and no notification. Multiple follow ups over a previous few weeks were met with generic and template replies to wait 'while they process' and 'having unforeseen trouble procuring'. How hard is it to procure Shopee Vouchers? Keeps asking for more time.

This is a SCAM if you're wondering. I'm already reporting them to the Consumer's Association. First and last time I'm ever using Singsaver and I would recommend everyone to steer clear. Super disappointed. Will stick to Moneysmart

Too bad there is no zero star

Too bad there is no zero star. Please avoid SingSaver at all cost (go with MoneySmart instead). SingSaver T&C always tricky. Even if you had verified with them through email, they will always find any excuse to avoid your eligibility for the rewards. Try it yourself and please share your experience here, thanks.

Same as every other review here. Insincere/dishonest promotion with a lot of fine print to trip you up. Even though the same promotion is ongoing for many months, the fine print requires a very small time window to complete all the steps. When queried, they give all kinds of multiple excuses to deny the promotion. The excuse keeps changing with each email.

Zero Trust in Singsaver x Bank credit card promo

Singsaver struck again. It promoted UOB credit card application gift in March24 and I met every condition (spent $2k within first 60 days) and now in Sep upon enquiring like three times for past months, the answer is the standard 'you are not eligible...' The staff then refused to answer further why I am not eligible. It's lowball scamming, not sure if it's the bank or just Singsaver. Zero trust. If i can give zero star I would.

Terrible experience with Singsaver. Applied for OCBC credit card and was promised $350 voucher gift. Singsaver keep delaying the gift and did not reply email.

do not trust this company

do not trust this company. the promised rewards were not sent to us. we were asked to wait 3 months to claim the reward. on completion of 3 month the customer service said an email sent but till today no we have not received it. they closed the case as the rewards was not redeemed in time. it looked a scam. so never trust singsaver. This is for Citibank and Tyson vacuum cleaner promotion.

A FRAUD Company did not put on clear…

A FRAUD Company did not put on clear requirements when you apply for a credit card but when you ask for rewards, they will find all the excuses that your payment is not eligible. Please do not believe their crazy marketing emails, you will not get free stuff. you will not get it even after half a year, just waste everywhere's time.

Bear in mind, do not apply here. Totally fraud. and the comment here, the show off here should be Singsaver's staff. It is just a matter of time before this whole scam reveals. HSBC is fraud, singsaver is fraud.
