Had this razor for a short while, razor head completely fell apart, no way is it worth the money paid, a cheap foreign make, steer well clear.

Shame double 0 stars not available, absolutely rubbish, after three days and nights on charge this shaver had 2 minutes charge, DO NOT BUY

1 star because it doesn’t seem possible to leave no stars.

I could not, in good conscience, recommend this company to anybody!!

I ordered a breast pump at the beginning of December and the pumps I received are faulty. They were sold as ‘silent’ but are so comically loud that they woke my sleeping Golden Retriever from another room. They are also very painful to use.

I have exchanged my than 30 emails with customer support who tell me that the best they can offer is 15% compensation for pumps I cannot use and that I should ‘Please understand that considering the high cost of goods, labor costs and shipping costs, we have already suffered a lot of losses in this compensation.’

I asked for the matter to be escalated to somebody senior but the customer support email address is no longer valid.

Extremely annoyed and disappointed.

No Stars. This is a terrible SCAM.
BESTECHTEST.COM described the shaver as the best of four shavers. It comes from China not Norway. Their recommended best shaver on their website now is called 'Monovon'. Changed the name. Shaver arrived, no brand name or manufacturer on it. Just says 'Electric Shaver' on box. Sent email to query this, seriously concerned as to safety issues. Email reply said everything fine and they were looking at putting logo on future boxes!! When we did eventually try it power was very low even though fully charged. Requested refund and for them to arrange collection. Email bounced back.

Same experience as all comments on this forum. I bought a breast pump and approx 2 weeks later it has lost suction. I’m out of pocket and looks like I can’t do anything about it. Avoid.

SKINCCI is a scam! Be carefull. I bought an ipl device that never arrived. The site skincci.uk disappeared and they are changing it to skincci.es. I also bought the device after reading a recomendation from the site bestechtest.com
The monovon ipl looks just like the one from skincci so it is also a scam for sure. Pay attention!

Scammed. I’m in UK. Razor was good for few days then would not hold charge at all. Got a replacement. Same problem. Promised a replacement but nothing arrived and now correspondence email and website has disappeared. I bought based on recommendation from Bestechtest.com who now have a razor with identical appearance and description as the Skincci model but now Monovan brand. Beware.

Dont waste you money guys. Items are super low quality, looks cheap not branded and you will never get refund.

This is a scam. The product I ordered never arrived. Now the website doesn't work and the email address provided bounces back. Lost my money...

Absolutely a scam company. No reply to email & when I go to track my order it now says site unavailable!! & unavailable to send an email now!! They should be taken off google etc. money lost like everyone else I can ill afford!! So no wet/ dry razor for my husband!!!

Ordered a couple of Razors to be shipped to South Africa? well still waiting hence a scam company.

My advice DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AS YOU WONT RECEIVE ANYTHING!!!!

Received a breast pump as a gift from family. Worked great for 2 weeks and then the suction stopped entirely. Contacted the company, was told that they would investigate and send new parts and now I get a bounce back reply when I email.

The website seems to have been taken down and I have no way of contacting them.

Seems like a total scam and a total waste of £149.

Unfortunately this company is a HUGE SCAM....now their website does not work....you receive a FAILURE NOTICE when sending or replying to their emails....I made a big mistake buying a hair clipper from them...They advertise their products as manufactured in Finland which is RUBBISH !!! it is a Chinese product.. has no name on the box and is not worth the price paid... I contacted them few times, once the replied offering me a replacement. Once they said the returns are not a good idea as it's expensive and takes time.. and when I replied back to ask for a replacement to the hair clipper, my emails would not go through. AVOID AND NDO NOT BELEIVE IN THEIR LIES !!!!! IT IS A SCAM ..AND IF YOU CAN POST THIS ON FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM,,,ETC PLEASE DO .. IA NEED TO FIND A WAY TO COMPLAIN VIA THE GOVERNMENT WEBSITE

Where do I start ? The razor itself is good, quiet and gives a close shave. I like the clear display that tells you how much battery you have left. So why only a score of 3. I was expecting my delivery to be 3-5 days from order but was then informed once I’d ordered it could be 2/3weeks or more and that didn’t suit me. It was coming from China rather than a UK warehouse. I contacted Skincci who were actually very helpful saying that if I couldn’t wait then I could refuse delivery and incur a 15% charge and that would allow me to go elsewhere. Fine. Before I could do that, big surprise, at 8 days the razor turned up ! The Razor has no name on it and comes in a plain box with no manufacturer name and so I’m guessing it’s the manufacturers item before anyone gets to stick their Brand name on it. In conclusion: I get the impression that I could have probably bought the same item cheaper elsewhere, but will never know that now. At the end of the day I’m happy with the Razor.

Bought two breast pumps, both broke in the same place within weeks. Tried to return & had the same experience as the below reviews.

Replied to an email & got a bounce back, total scam. Anyone has any forward details then please let me know.

My first complaint is to Bestechtest.com. They described the shaver as their No. 1 choice and said it was an Icelandic product. No, it comes from China. Looking today at their site, Kinccie are not even in the first 4 best shavers; another name "Monovon" is now No. 1. My second complaint is the box arrived but had no brand name or manufacturer on it. My third complaint is that although I had managed to email them as to how long my order would be delivered, when I tried to email them again at the same address, it couldn't be delivered. I hope this helps someone from making a fool of themselves, like me.

Paid for an electric razor, which arrived quickly, and worked well and effectively. Yesterday charged it up and, after 1 minutes use, battery empty. Have gone through same process today. Have attempted to contact the supplier, using the customer support email, but unsurprisingly mail came straight back saying doesn't exist :-(

Pretty sure I've been scammed, time to get my bank involved!!

Bought a shaver off them and wanted address to return it and get my money back.Another company selling same shaver for £30. After sending 3 emails got this letter back
