Scammed! Feel such an idiot! Ordered hair clippers! Sent very substandard product and quite possibly unsafe product. Company turn out to be from China!! Had I known this would have avoided at the start! No refund policy as by the time they take their 'charges' you have nothing left! AVOID!!!!

Incorrect shipping details given, twice when requested.
Tracking info that didn’t work.
Claimed product had been delivered - Not!
Screen shots of supposed tracking info sent - to different countries not to mine.
No evidence of delivery address given as requested.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Still in comms with them, refusing a refund.

I ordered a skincci electric razor and was disappointed when I read the negative reviews after my order was placed. My razor arrived in good time and is of very good quality so I am very pleased with my purchase.

This is a scam. I ordered nice hair clippers and it came a cheap Chinese product, which i found on ali express for less than 20 bucks. This scam is well managed with the help of another website that says that this is the best product and now its on sale.I saw other people having the same experience and they saw no money back. I am reporting both this and the other websites and please be aware. I will try my best to take them down, so no more people will be scammed.
I tryed talking to them to get my money back, but all i received was excuses. Be aware they are doing this in other countries as well.

I too join the long list of people who have been scammed out of £89 for a Chinese product that is sub standard.
I didn’t sign for the product. It was left on my doorstep but I don’t think that would make a difference as they won’t let you return the product for a refund anyway.
The packaging is cheap and nasty and the product isn’t much better. I have put a refund request in via my bank and reported it as a scam. I will also be reporting them to Trading Standards. Please DO NOT buy anything from this company. They are liars and thieves.

Absolute scam. I have sent numerous emails and get the same reply...be patient etc. I rejected the parcel, so I haven't even touched the box. Mila, you are a fraud. Bank informed an looking into it. STAY AWAY

Actually i would give them 0 stars the shaver i bought after reading it was the number 1 shaver from skinicci UK cost me £79.00 and when i recieved it the box and item looked and felt cheap and nasty and the evri label was stuck over a chinese label on the parcel! I contacted the company for a refund who just kept repeating the same thing and told me that it was bad for me to send the product back as i had to pay 15% as per policy on their site and the customs and excise and postage back to china which they informed me would cost me more than the product... after a few weeks of threatening them with legal action they finally gave me 15% refund better than nothing i suppose .... the item itself you can buy off temu for 7 pounds so DO NOT BUY off SKINCCI it is a company pretending to be uk based selling rubbish at high prices i wish i had read these reviews before buying ... shaver useless and in the bin

Do not use this company.. I have had umpteen emails back and fore since receiving the product I ordered (which was not as described on site) .. they keep sending same information re refund/ return. Complete and utter waste of time! Lesson learnt sadly!

Absolute Scam.
The product is Chinese rubbish.I have sent 20 emails to return the product at my expense and they refuse to send me a return address in China.The return's policy clearly states you have 30 days to return the product.Im sure the best shaver rating is also a fraud !!
Don’t buy anything from this “ Company “ if it even exists.Ive reported them to International Trading Standards.

Absolute scam. Got it because it was named number 1 shaver, how it's an absolute joke, not worth a £1.going to contact the people naming it the best.

They didnt refund my money.
Their devices are not original, you can easily find this devices on Temu or AliExpress for half of price they sell.

Ordered the ipl product was not the quality it had stated. I asked ti return and send this back since november and am still awaiting the address to return and now I am not even getting a reply. I luckily paid by my credit card so I am trying to get my money back from them.

Stay away from this company. The products are all from China and not as stated.

I was sceptical about the site that recommended the razor and having read the horror reviews after I had ordered it I didn’t expect to receive it. However, After a few days I sent an email to the address on the order confirmation to ask when it would arrive. This was answered promptly and informed me it would come from China as European stocks had run out. Two days later it arrived and I have to say I think it is very good. There is certainly something of a scam involved but I am actually pleased with the purchase.

Terrible like a 50p item cost me £90 this is absolutely a rip off site really really bad a junk item please avoid at all cost. Won’t reply to me know so it’s a scam with the lowest quality imaginable

Unfortunately, I have bought an item on this website before I have read these reviews and I regretted, because I would not buy, no way. I read reviews after tracking number did not work and had not received response on my email. I realised, I was spammed. Even called to bank and asked to block their account to avoid any future payment from my account, as I was sure I was deceived.
But, suddenly and unexpectedly, I received my item in just 9 days and I can't not write positive feedback. Item is exactly as it was described. Perfect. what a nice surprise. I feel so guilty and ashamed what I have done. I am really sorry

Exactly the same as other reviews. Money taken. No tracking available other than - wait for it - having to PAY MORE TO EVEN TRACK WHAT YOU HAVE JUST PAID FOR!!! Scammers. Bank and Trading Standards contacted for fraud and theft.

This is a scam. Email address does not work, tracking number returns an error.
Nothing has arrived.
Reporting to my credit card.

Have recieved tracking details to say package was left at back door but I was in the house at the time total scam I wait in anticipation a reply to my email.
