Honestly, read all negative reviews before considering to buy anything from this company. All that just happened to me!!!
AVOID!!!

I have ordered and paid my £79 for a Skincci R8993 and then saw a number of very poor reviews on this company, losing all faith in the product itself. Within ten minutes of placing my order, I have emailed the company asking them to both cancel my order before it is transacted, despatched and shipped. I have requested a full refund and it will be interesting to see how they respond/perform. Bob Cleaver

When shaver arrived it looked like spurious product as no name or manufacturer. Then tried to return shaver but despite numerous requests they failed to supply return address. Insisting I should not return product as would charge postage fee ,return fee and restocking fee. This is very bad response and should not be trading with such terms. One star is way too much for this company. I would never deal with them again.

-1 star.. This company promotes itself as a Norwegian company. The electric razor is from China and has not got any references on the packages to the company. The company is not reputable and has a customer service on par with an Irish leprechaun, basically non existent. Save your money and buy from a reputable dealer or company. The product is a fire hazard and fraudulently displays CE marks, Don't risk your home or life for a cheap product.

I bought a shaver from skincci. It wouldnt charge.
When i got in touch they asked me to try different usb chargers, they even advised me to try a charger that didnt come with the shaver, obviously i didnt try this.
I have been told if i want my money back it will cost £30 to send it back. They have offered to send another shaver but it will cost £30 to send the one back that never worked.

SCAM.. cant stress enough how big scam this website is .. please do not waste your money like me.. I have placed an order for a breast pump 3 months ago.. No reply from customer support neither the product arrived..

I'd leave no stars if possible this is a company of scammers. When I asked return the item which 2 months on I'm still receiving the same reply keep it we will refund you 5% of purchase price or pay £30 return fee then 10% restocking fee..I said I'd still return it and they refuse to provide address to return it to. They should be taken off the Internet DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE CROOKS!

I read the best shaver reviews on Bestech and they recommended the R8993 rechargeable shaver as the best one to buy at £79 . I normally have a good look around at reviews but took the review at face value and paid for it online. After a few days and no notifications I was afraid I'd been scammed and began reading warnings about the company. I emailed them twice and received vague responses but telling me that it would be with me and to follow it's postal stages from China to the UK. This was pretty vague too but I persisted and kept checking it's progress. Then after around 2 weeks of waiting it arrived! I'd almost resigned myself to being scammed but I hadn't. The razor itself is the best & most efficient razor I've ever had. It's quite simple but does a really close clean shave. There's a timer that tells you how much charge you've left ( it's up to one hour on a full charge) and tells you how long you have shaved for. It tells you when it needs cleaning. I marked them down to 4 stars due to their vague customer service. It's not Norwegian but is Chinese .

This is a company based in China pretending to be a Norwegian Company, don't trust them. Item purchased is being shipped from China and emails asking questions get a vague response or no response at all.

Don’t use Skinnci

Spent £150 on a breast pump over six weeks ago. Still not received the product.
Your only contact with them is through e-mail where they just fob you off by blaming it on customs.
Don’t buy from this company they are a joke.

Absolute disgrace. Paid for a product which did not arrive! Shocking customer updates and lack of knowledge and repeated messages saying same thing. Fraud company ! Still no product and bo refund as yet! 😔

Purchased a laser hair removal system. On reading instructions it says that it will not work on blonde light skin hair. Have tried to arrange a refund. They sent two messages offering 5% discount. I kept replying that I did not want product. They contacted again saying I would have to pay return cost to China, that they would then inspect and if ok would deduct a further £30 and 15% restocking charge. I accepted that I would have to pay the shipping but not willing to pay the other charges. They have stuck to their guns and said that this is their policy( which it is not) I am now stuck with an item costing over £100 that is useless for me.
