I bought a load of rubbish
I bought the shaver, which is the biggest load of rubbish. If only I had read the many awful reviews before purchasing !
Steer well clear.
I should have checked Trustpilot before buying...doh
Oh sh**t I stupidly I hadn't read any of these reviews before I bought their rechargeable hair clippers. It's just arrived has taken 2 weeks and yes Made in China which I wasn't expecting. My first suspicion that something was wrong is there is no branding at all no name of Skincci anywhere on product or packaging 🤔
This is a Christmas present for my partner so will keep my fingers crossed and pray the product isn't quite as bad as these reviews are saying, won't know until it's tried and tested in 2 weeks time...pray for me!! If all good I shall be back here to apologise and write a rave review...promise 😁
Do not under any circumstances…
Do not under any circumstances purchase from this scam Chinese company purporting to be a legit British based company.
Do not buy from this company
Company advertising product online use a hairdresser who tells you what to look out for and what is best hairclipper. Skincci hairclipper comes out on top and is advertised as comming from Finland. Item is from China and of very poor quality worth about £20 not the £89 I stupidly paid. Shaving attachment useless. was not around to refuse delivery but think they would have made it very difficult to get my money back. So in the bin its going lesson learned. I am reporting the company to tradeing standards although UK is flooded with these chinese scams. Buyer beware!!!
Skincci
Just like to say I got mine and took around 10 days to get here. So I decided to give it review to say it arrived on time and it good order.
Scam site
Scam site! Do not use!! After waiting 15 days from this product to arrive it did not come from the uk!! Mike who sees to all emails said this about returning -
Dear customer,
If you insist on returning the product for a refund, please note the following:
1. A 15% deduction will be made for cancellations not related to quality, and we do not provide return labels;
2. Our return address is different from the address on the package, and we only accept the return address we provide. If you send the package back to another address, we will not be able to receive it, and all losses will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return the product without permission.
3. You need to send the product back to China, and you need to pay the return shipping fee, customs clearance fee and import country taxes;
4. It is recommended to fill in the customs declaration value as low as possible to avoid high taxes and fees. The customs clearance fees and taxes will be borne by you, and we will deduct them when refunding;
5. If the package is lost during transportation or is returned for other reasons (such as customs detention), we are not responsible;
Returning is really troublesome and disadvantageous to both parties. Can we provide you with 10% compensation for the order? I hope you can keep the product and no longer issue a return request. Looking forward to your reply.
Best regards
mike
SCAM ALERT DO NOT ORDER FROM SKINCCI UK
I ordered an electric shaver R8993 on17th November 2024. After several days, I emailed the company asking when I could expect delivery and was told that my item had been shipped. The tracking link included in the email didn’t work.
I emailed back to request that my order was cancelled and my money (£87) refunded. I was told that they were unable to cancel my order as it had been shipped, but that I could refuse delivery.
Unfortunately, the delivery was made along with several other packages by Royal Mail, so I couldn’t refuse delivery. On opening the package, I realised that it was an inferior foreign import with no signage on the box other than Electric Shaver. No kite mark, no instructions, no description of the shaver. The replacement foils were in a blister pack complete with what looked like Chinese writing on.
I packaged the shaver back up, and sent it via 48 tracked delivery with a note inside requesting a refund. I addressed it to the return address printed on the label. I emailed the company explaining what I had done. They emailed back stating that the return address on the packaging was not the address that it needed to be returned to and that I must not return the item without permission. They went on to say that as they will not receive the item, I will not get a refund. Had I of refused delivery as they suggested, it would have surely been returned to the return address on the package, which they wouldn’t have received back either??
Needless to say, this confirms that this so called UK company SKINCCI is nothing other than a complete SCAM. WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
No sign of my order
Ordered on the 27th. Cannot track it as they say their website is down . No sign of the shaver. It must be a scam company. BEWARE!

Skincci UK SCAM site
SCAM site, Skincci UK. Ordered shaver for £79 R8993 unable to contact them as link if fake. Tracking shown as problem with the shipping company and constant please try latter message. 6 days in and nothing.
This is a scam
Yes - I've joined the long list of people who have been scammed by this company. And, like all the others, I'm not getting anywhere trying to return the electric shaver that I ordered. The latest email I received from customer services was a list of 5 reasons explaining why it would be extremely difficult for me to return the item ending with "Returning is really troublesome and disadvantageous to both parties. Can we provide you with 10% compensation for the order?".
The parcel was sent 48 hour tracked by Royal Mail from an address in Southall (which also has series of 1 star "this is a scam" trustpilot reviews) but customer services would like me to return the parcel to an unspecified address in China.
I am waiting to see what the next reply is before reporting this as a fraud at the ActionFraud website and initiating a payment dispute with my credit card provider. I would encourage others to do the same as this is the only way these criminals will be stopped.
This is a scam site.

Looks like I’ve been shafted by this…
Looks like I’ve been shafted by this bunch of charlatans too. Similar experience to others ie,
No tracking availability via their link and still awaiting any further contact regarding dispatch.
All Online vendors must be forced to show country of origin of goods/manufacturer prominently. Also don’t trust testing result sites stick to reputable testing companies such as Which?

Think I’ve been scammed too 😡
I’ve joined the list of those who’ve been scammed by this company and have cancelled my card today after realising no shipping information after ordering a product nearly two weeks ago and not hearing anything and when trying to click their tracking link the URL is unavailable .. be warned 😡
Warning scam company…
I fell for a Best-tech review and bought a Skincci electric shaver, branded as Norwegian make. I decided to check reviews and within 5 minutes read this was a scam site and I imnediately emailed and tried to cancel order. I was then informed that it had already been shipped. I have paid using credit card so, hopefully the payment will be cancelled. I wouldn't give any stars to this rip off company.
Further to my ongoing fight with this scam company, I sent several emails and one advised to refuse parcel from courier (was Royal Mail). It has been marked return to sender. I have been in touch with credit card company and I have to wait for refund. If this does not happen the refund will be taken from the Skincci bank account by the credit card company. My advice - don't give up no matter how many obstacles they put in place!
Just got a refund of £49.00, they took £30.00 for postage, even though it was returned to a UK address.
My advice don't give up, some money back is better than writing off the whole amount.

This is a Scam site company I ordered a Skincci branded product which was reviewed on bestechtest site which is also a scam site saying Skincci is a Norwegian product. What i received was a Hatteker branded product which I could of purchased elsewhere at half the price.
I contacted Skincci explaining my disappointment and asked for a refund.
The drival and nonsense they kept on emailing me explaining how I would have to pay all taxes and import duties back to China and basically made it as awkward as possible to do so and offered me 5% refund, evert time I emailed the nonsense they emailed me back was unbelievable.
Just stay away from this company.
