Hey guys. Been a big fan of you for sometime but now I have switched to Trip.com
Their fully integrated experience where I can buy flight tickets in one click is very good.
To be honest I would never go back to a traditional aggregator experience where I have to do all the work to book on different platforms

The SQ logo used for scoot flight…
The SQ logo used for scoot flight SQ8431 is very misleading. The SQ logo are being highlighted but the sentence “operated by scoot” are small and lighten stated underneath. I hope skyscanner to put a scoot logo instead of using a SQ logo with the words “operated by scoot” with lightened and small wordings.

Booked the wrong flight date
Hi!
I would like to refer to my order reference: 334226098279
In the process of booking the flight, I had made an error which resulted in my return flight to fall on the same date and time as my departure date. I then realised this mistake upon making the purchase and had called in immediately to rectify the error. However, I was advised by the agent that i will need to pay a $50 fee to change the date and time of my return flight.
It will be greatly appreciated if this fee can be waived as it was clearly an error made during booking instead of a change of mind, and that the attempt to rectify the error was made almost immediately.
