Do t bother with this company for delivery. I ordered a pizza last night and it sat at the restaurant for 30 minutes before anyone picked it up. It was cold and not even delivered in a pizza bag to keep warm. They offered $13.00 credit on a $35.00 ruined dinner. Save your money if this is your only option.

Horrible experience. Driver picked up pizza after the committed to delivery time. When it was finally picked up it was dropped off at our hotels valet stand with no room number or explanation and cold.

Very poor:( I ordered from wrong restaurant in Clearwater ,Fl by mistake and food was 59.00 and was ready to be picked up I called the restaurant they told me to call Slice app to get a refund so I did!! Slice insisted nope because my food was made and ready no refund in my credit card unbelievable pissed customer!! That’s it for me and Slice I’m done thanks

I wish I could leave a negative last summer traveling to va beach i stopped on jersey ordered pizza next day went to va beach got a call from different pizza place saying they have 2 orders for me in jersey I told them I never ordered i am in va beach they tried to deliver it anyway no success. It ended up back at pizza place in NJ and I was charged almost $150 i have had multiple discussions with slice to no avail they pretty much said to bad no refund been 6 months. So anyway avoid slice app they are crooks..
So Slice got back to me same answer to bad for me. As I said earlier beware of slice and do your homework as I did later I am not the only one they have taken advantage of there are many others so BEWARE!!! It's honestly not about the $ i could by the pizza joint it's all about principal
Last response from me directly it's in one of my attorneys hands now l know it will cost a whole lot more than $150 but like I said it's principal now as the card that was fraudulently charged i have had for 20 years or more and you are the only ones that did this definitely not coincidence. for its efficiency and thoroughness. I really appreciate being able to place the order and getting updates about its status. Plus, it's a fun process that my nieces and nephews enjoy tracking whenever they visit. And, they too will become SLICE customers in just a few years I'm certain.

Guy did not speak English but asked for a tip even though it was already on the payment
Restaurant could not do anything about it
You have to go back to slice to get a credit
Will wait to see if that happens otherwise
I will stop payment at the bank

I ordered a pizza through the wrap, said that it would be ready in 20 minutes. Went to the store 30 minutes later and it was closed. The owner offered me no refund as he had to talk to slice. Slice credited me $10 towards the order which I never received not really fair were right.

First time user. Our order was never placed at the restaurant so we had to wait 40 minutes for it to be cooked. Then they sent us home missing a large part of our order. Have been trying to resolve this for 5 days. Keep getting told by Slice that they're waiting for an answer from the restaurant. The restaurant says it's Slice's issue. Never again.

They deliverd my food to an old address even though it had been deleted and the correct address had been provided. Then they would not issue a refund. Absolutely I would not recomend using this app. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered a pizza through the Slice app on 3-17-26 to be delivered to the back door in the carport. That is the In-law suite at our address. The tracker on the app told mew it was on the way and then nothing. I restarted the app and it said the pizza was delivered 4 minutes ago. Found the Pizzas on the front porch of the house. Temp was 45 degrees outside. No door bell ring, knock, or anything. The pizza itself was great after we microwaved it. I won't order through Slice again.

Delivery is always late. Driver is always seen on map going to 3+ different houses on way to ours. Then tonight the driver must have had gps off and never stated it was delivered. (We live on semi busy loud road.) We didnt hear or see anyone show up. The food had been sitting outside for 20 minutes if we can go off estimated delivery time. Food was cold. DO NOT use slice. Their response was "we are sorry we will relay to proper teams and do our best to not have it happen again."

Can I give fewer than 1 star? Wish I could. Wish I could add a photo of how our pizza arrived. Whats worse, this is a small business local pizzeria. As a small business owner myself, I'd be appalled if this was how my product showed up at someone's home. Unbelieveable!

I am diabetic and I found I could eat pizza wraps from one of my local restaurants without a spike in my blood sugar. I always use Slice to order pick up and have never had a problem.

Burnt food incorrect sub. Once I requested a refund they demanded ti send the driver ti my house at 11:00 pm to retrieve the sub. Unprofessional, unaccountable, nasty burnt food cooked in old grease. Staff is horrible. Stokos on Harford Rd and Slice are horrible. I will NEVER use either again

Following up to my review from a few days ago. Here is a shocker. Slice wants you to send more details on what when wrong with your order. So I did that, and I receive a message forty eight hours later stating the mail was undeliverable. I used the email address they provided.

I absolutely love this app!
I find it so easy and convenient to use.
It’s nice to just open the app, find nearby eateries, pizza shops etc., that I’d like to order from and not have to call the individual shops to order.
And using slice helps you save a few bucks, which in this day and age, is hard to come by.
Also, if you order so much from them, u get a free pizza.
We’re one point away from yet another free pizza from our favorite app, WOOHOO! 🍕
And one last thing.
We ordered pizza thru Slice and the store didn’t have everything we ordered.
I called the number Slice provided and got a full refund.
How easy is that?
Will definitely suggest using this app to others to help save other ppl money and hopefully you’ll love it like us and order so much you’ll get your FREE pizza!!

I wrote a review 3 Days Ago. Slice has responded to every positive review but has yet to address my review or take any accountability for thier driver and his actions. I have not heard from Slice nor have I been offered any refunds like they have for so many people.
I LOVE how they cherry pick the positive reviews but have yet to respond to my review.
SO WHAT IS IT GONNA BE SLICE? Cause I’m about to go to the media about your drivers smelling up the food like marijuana and arrived an hour late annnndddd how your customer service and LeBron lie. Not to mention the shady tactics you all do by checking in delivered before it arrives.

Absolutely horrible customer support. The pizza shop delivered a sandwich that had ingredients that I asked to be left off and they were not. I literally gagged at the sandwich, it was swimming in mayo. When I reached out to SLICE they asked redelivery or refund , I said refund because I lost my appetite. I was then told a refund was not possible and it was redelivered after I said I did not want it. It was returned to the driver. The pizza place said it was up to Slice to offer the refund. Slice said the pizza shop refused the refund.
I will NEVER order through Slice again.
