Loving this company

When I learned about Defera, I was kind of scared that it wouldn't be what it was advertised to be. But Defera ended up being everything I needed for trip planning. I love how they allow you to earn points with other little perks. The only flaw is that when you make a payment it doesn't show the updated balance.

Refunds due to Iran War!

Because of the War in Iran our trip had to be canceled and Slicepay came through quickly with our refunds.

All was going well it was my last…

All was going well it was my last payment that I split in two I asked the customer service person that if I make the manual payment you won’t schedule the automatic payment they said yes . They sent me a link to make the payment I made the payment on time and I open my account and there was another payment for the same amount despite them telling me no they took the auto payment I contacted them and they said we apologize there was an auto payment on my account and told me I will have my money back in 5 to 10 business days which is not fair at all very very bad experience
