I have just started today and find it very good. I was already attending GP for chest infection and was on medication. But it was good to know that you picked up on it and advised going to doctor .
Feel very safe with this.

Is it reliable?

Hey Heather, the readings should be as accurate as your mini-Wright, if not more accurate. However, we do recommend you use the device in natural light if possible. We have received your email and will send you a response directly :)
Total lack of support.
The product itself is great.
The support when there is an issue is non existent.
I have tried to make contact using the support request form from the app several times and never received an answer,
Frustrating and disappointing as my profile and chart data has been lost when updating my phone.

I find that the first couple of weeks…
I find that the first couple of weeks it works great, then after that it works intermittently and although it is connected to the phone and Bluetooth I am unable to get a reading.
The smart Asthma flow is a brilliant idea because it encourages us to do our peak flow and keep an update and accurate records.

Try it out in direct sunlight to see if it makes a difference. Although it should work with any light source.

Though the device is easy to use, it’s also light sensitive so there must be a good light source to get a reading. The customer support is fantastic and well worth giving it a try.

Great Portable Device
It is a good device and a fantastic way of keeping track of your daily peak flows. Everything is logged on the app on your phone.
I have Brittle Allergy Asthma so on alot of occasions told me to seek medical advice as my readings were way to low. So it is good but I know what my upper and lower reading is so I was OK 😎
