Really good device
Really good device. I was in the middle of moving house When I got my device and with the dust etc when moving it was helpful. I missed out on free Bluetooth dongle as I didn’t have facility to complete the offer which I’m extremely gutted about as it was for free but otherwise a great product.

Sorry that you feel you have not received your smart asthma device. I have just checked your order, and I think you might have been mistaken. You registered for a free device as a pre-order for when it is released. On our website, this product is due to be released in 2021. Rubbish service. Order still outstanding
Ordered a replacement mouthpiece at start of September. Delivery update and no delivery and its now October. No answers to customer service request. Awful and annoying.
