Worse online platform I ever encountered
I recently placed an order to buy a Oakley sun glasses, as I need it as a gift I therefore paid for express delivery service which is supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days, but my order became untraceable after one day even their customer service also unable to track my order. The order did not arrive in 3 days, but continue to go missing and untraceable according to their customer service. This has gone on for more than 10 days despite all the promises by their customer service. What is worse and became unaccountable is that each time I contact and reply to their customer service, there sure to be a new person respond to me, but never the same person, and their reply were of standard phrases probably crafted by their PR firm, this means SmartbuyGlasses is never serious in looking after their customers especially after sales service and care. I am supposed to receive my order in 3 days time but end up having to go through the agony of checking and chasing for my order and only to be told “we are sorry and we thank you for your patience and understanding “, what kind of rubbish is this ??? The reason I bought from SmartBuyGlasses is I thought they have presence in Singapore because of their website site SmartBuyGlasses.com.sg, but never had I expected my order is not ship from Singapore but elsewhere, hence to all Singaporeans please do not commit the same mistake as I did, think twice or thrice before buying from them. I am still very sore about this worse ever online buying experience with them.

This is easily my 3rd or 4th purchase from SmartBuy. This website has been recommended to me by a friend of mine who is an optometrist.
I’ve previously purchased a pair of glasses which were a little faulty. SmartBuy was quick to respond and service have been smooth to rectify the issue.
In the current purchase (valued at SGD$500+), everything is as per what I’ve intended to purchase. Great quality and of a good value. Highly recommended and I would gladly make my next purchase again.
