Processing facility in China causes significant delays
The glasses come from China, so delivery is extremely slow. Delivery times on the website are misleading including "in stock" messages. They have a very limited amount of stock in Ireland and it's not clear if your glasses are coming from that stock or from China. Delivery messaging on the site would suggest you could have your glasses within a week but in reality it's bare minimum 2 weeks...
I also had a nightmare with customer service, I had waited for 3 weeks without hearing anything and upon chasing it up, the order had been lost and they had to re submit it, they did nothing to expedite the order given the original delay and even when they did eventually try to do something, because of the order coming from China, there was very little they could do, they offered a 5% refund but that was pretty inconsequential considering at that point I'd been a month without glasses.
If you're happy to wait for cheap glasses then they'd be alright but if you need them in any sort of a hurry I'd buy elsewhere

they have offered me a refund and have assured me they have updated their procedures to prevent this from happening in the future so I am upgrading the review to 4*
