My husband bought a Huawei p30 Pro on backmarket for me in very great condition. First things that I noticed where the user tracks and scratches more than a " very great condition " but I didn't make a big deal of it. Few days after they put the same one as mine in excellent condition from this seller for less money than I bought mine... Shaming! Than I saw that the battery condition was poor... To compansate that they give a 25 euro cashback. As a commercial geste. I bought mine in the winter so uses the camera mostly indoors... Now with the late summer in Belgium we noticed severely camera problems outdoors. The camera is flashing on outdoor light and sun. Oversensitive overexposing. White pictures... It's a hell! I bought this camera for the camera futures and what did I find out I can't use it outside. Sent all the proof to backmarket. Did also some searching and informed me with this issue with a service center. Probably inside 8 formed rubber is missing and there is probably something wrong with the TOF sensor and filtering as this is typical to cause this overexposing outdoors... I sent al the information to backmarket. When my phone has 36 months guarantee. I sent pictures of the state of my phone the only solution was to sent my phone for repair... To Spain what cost few days shipping to, few days back and time for reperation and no guarantee the phone is fixed when it comes back. The worst part is because of my little child and the healthconditions I need to be reachable... So I can't live in this situation with my healthproblems, little child to sent my only phone away for weeks. They even don't want to sent me my money back so I can buy another one or they want offer a replacement phone, only reperation. Nothing... No realistic solution while it's still in guarantee. They sent me a phone not worthy of the desprecption with faulty TOF sensor and filtering and probably missing rubber piece around it and they just scammed me by sending a non fully functional phone. As backmarket says we only return money first 30 days but it was winter back than we couldn't know and test it outdoors... It is not our fault and know I have a phone that don't funtion outside. Missing out of memory's of my child playing outside. Paid 379 euro for a very good condition phone what was not as described and camera problems. Phone I can't use and just lost 379 euro that's just a scamm. Or I have to sent my phone back in for weeks without anyone that can contact me or myself anyone for my health problems. That's not okay and realistic. I'm really deeply sad about it and feel betrayed by this company and backmarket. We are Sending messages to backmarket for a better and realistic solution but they want day any more than sent it back for repair or we want and can not help you. So I'm desperately sad and angry. Took away my fate in backmarket and this company so I'm warning you don't always get a full functioning phone and they don't help you with a realistic solution. I won't reccomand this company or backmarket as I'm lost 379 euro and have to find a replacement phone again and lost double the amount of money... That when my financial situation because of the health problems is not ideal. I'm deeply disappointed and not been helped in the right way and I have still 2,5 years guarantee....
