I’ve seen this cat flap for a long time, and I’m glad we finally got it ! It was so easy to install as we had an old version of this one. And I like to be able to manage the cat flap settings with the app !

I don't usually write reviews because good service should be the standard. I usually save reviews for businesses that have either surprised me with outstanding service, or been so terrible I feel obliged to warn others.

In the case of smartpetdevices.co.uk, I was genuinely surprised and delighted by the thoughtful service I received.

I purchased a Sureflap Microchip cat flap bundle but I'll be honest - the options available are confusing because SureFlap gives them all similar names - I just wanted the cat flap with the hub so I could better control the access for my cat and prevent our kitten from escaping because she's too little to be out on her own.

I placed my order and after I checked out, there was a tiny, almost after-thought box asking me for my opinion on why I chose the product. I mentioned in this box that I wanted to control the access for 2 cats because I thought it might help other buyers. Didn't think anything more of it.

The following morning, someone from Smartpetdevices (I think it might have been Sarah) rang me to ask if I was sure I'd purchased the correct item, because the item I'd purchased would not do what I'd indicated in the 'reason' for purchase. It turns out I'd ordered the 'Pet door' bundle, not the 'Cat flap bundle'. Entirely my mistake and one that would have been a real pain for me to resolve had someone at SmartPetDevices not noticed my little comment and queried.

She very kindly arranged to swap my item for the correct bundle, and refunded me the price difference.

I was genuinely blown away by the thoughtful service I received as a result of a tiny throw-away comment I almost didn't bother making. The person I spoke to clearly understood the nuances of the difference products and was knowledgeable about the products. My corrected order then dispatched immediately I received it this morning. Order placed on 30th November, Phoned on 1st December, Item received on 2nd December.

I was slightly cautious because I'd never used this company before, and the SureFlap bundles were really discounted, so I was a bit worried, but I can confidently say that my faith was rewarded in triplicate and I would definitely purchase from this business again and recommend them to others who are looking for similar types of item.

I have not been paid or incentivised to leave this review, this is my genuine experience as a paying customer. The service I received surprised and delighted me so much I had to share my experience.

I love this product.I fill it up every evening and don’t have to worry through out the day that my Kitten isn’t being feed if I’m out during day .
