Excellent product and can not believe how easy the kittens have taken to it. Since installing it I've had no accidents in house and both kittens love going and coming as they please and do toilet out side, thank god.

Best value and attentive service
Smart Devices offered the most competitive price for the cat flap I was after and it arrived quickly. Unfortunately when it arrived and I started speaking to installation companies I realised that I will need to completely replace my glass doors in order to install it which would have cost over £400 which wasn’t an option for me. Upon emailing Smart Devices they were completely understanding and we’e very helpful in arranging collection, no charge attached. I’ll definitely buy from them again and recommend to other users.
