I am so happy with my results from SmileNeo! What could've taken 2+ years of braces took only 2 months, and it's so worth it! I still can't believe the results.

My whole experience has been wonderful, from start to finish. It was so smooth and easy to do, there were absolutely no hiccups in the process. The team is highly responsive, the chat via app is also very effective. Actions are done immediately, and if not they are acknowledged with a time frame. You also get courtesy calls which is a nice touch.

After receiving the aligners they not stop to take care of my treatment plan through application as well as calls.I am not worry about the final result. Smileneo team they are taking care.

The journey to my new smile started with smileneo. The experience was nice. From 3D scanning , receiving the kit with all the aligners till getting retainers was a splendid journey. Although its teledentistry and cost effective solution there is no compromise in its customer service and in the availability of the experienced Drs. The Drs were available whenever I needed them. Specially the customer service is really great. They support every client with patience and with great care. Overall its a great cost effective and efficient treatment solution. Its a shortcut to your best smile 🥰 Totally worth it!

The experience was quite smooth. Smileneo Team was always responsive when asked questions in the app. I'm happy with my results but not 100% perfect. There is still one tooth left on my lower jaw that's not completely straight but if you look at it from afar, it looks straight enough. The only inconvenience for me was that after wearing the aligners assigned, I had to ask for extra because my teeth was not straight yet. Smileneo doesn't charge for the extra aligners but the dental clinic charged me DHS 500 for the additional scan. They should've given more aligners from the start. I didn't want to go for another scan so I settled. Smileneo replaced one of my broken aligners and also delivered my retainers to my home which was very convenient. I wouldn't recommend to someone with a major teeth issue. Lastly, I should warn you that the teeth filing is so uncomfortable! I was not prepared for it. It needs to be done to make some room for teeth movement. Anyway in the end, I'm still satisfied.

Great service, I would maybe suggest updating the online portal where photos are uploaded, not the easiest of service to use.

I had wanted to sort my teeth out for quite a while. After having fixed braces in my teens, my teeth had started to move over the years and overlapped.
I thought that it would be way to expensive to correct and maybe a bit late in life at 40 to have fixed braces. So the invisible brace were ideal.
My brother had had something similar in the UK so I decided to look into it. I found Smileneo and got a quick appointment and consultation at studio dentists. The consultation was amazing, great dentist and all questions were answered. 3D scans were made and my teeth filed to make room for them to move.
Very soon I received my alligners and had the app.
The whole process was so easy to do and so convenient as there were no dentist appointments to make along the way.
The app gives you instant chat access to dentists and help is always there and any issues resolved quickly and efficiently.
Also follow up phone calls from the team were also received to make sure everything was sorted.
Most of all the results were exactly what I was after and all I could have dreamt of. I know where my retainers to keep everything in place and am so happy with the results and service I have received.
I highly recommend and have recommended to friends.
