The treatment started fine but it took almost double the time. There were great changes but despite the extended period, my teeth don't look as promised. The first few months the company was really attentive and keeping an eye on me but towards the end I totally felt like I had to be guessing stuff. Also, watch out because if you miss any photos they will use that to blame you for anything that is not going as planned even if you wear the aligners as directed. There were a couple of times I had complains and they would just say with these exact words "it's your fault for not sending photos." That's when I lost it with this company. Affordable but at a cost.

My teeth got straightened but the result was not completely perfect or what was expected from the app..

The whole process was seamless. Communication excellent from smileneo and from New Ivory dental clinic. The dentist I dealt with as well, Dr Mona was amazing.

Smileneo promises a fixed price of 6,900 AED for the treatment. When you go to the clinic they tell you, you are not eligible for this price and charge you more than 14,000 AED

it's a marketing scam to attract potential leads and they charge triple the amount in reality

It was an interesting journey.
First off no one told me they’d be filing down my teeth.
Second, it’s says 6 months.. I’m close to having it for 1 year.
Don’t get me wrong, everyone is so helpful and kind, but the procedure isn’t exactly 100% from what I can tell. It fixed something and messed up something else..

It's a truly unique experience.

In simple terms, it was hassle free and fulfilled the promise.

The app was working fine for tracking the progress and getting feedback/instructions from the doctor. I had few instances where (Android) version of the App did not get updated on time, but overall it was good.

Based on the results of my own experience, I have recommended Smileneo to friends.
