The worst customer service ever, I’ve been waiting over a month for a purchase, they claim they are on vacation and that the shipment will be made the following week, please never buy from this site.

I was a little Leary at first, never heard of this website. But was totally impressed!! They were exactly the cleats my son wanted and at a fraction of the cost from another website!! Shipping was faster than expected!!very, very happy!!

I ordered on 1/16/26 and still haven't received the item. I tried calling customer service, no answer. I reached out via email and they were supposed to escalate it and have yet to hear back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

I wanted to replace my favorite Samba's and the Soccer Wearhouse had them. They came very timely.

Got my order with no problems at all! My daughter loves them!

Easy ordering, fast shipping and the soccer goalie gloves were exactly as described.

Unbelievably slow shipping for a USMNT jersey customized with a player name/number, with few to no updates provided… to the point that I thought I’d been scammed and almost reversed the charges. Then, almost exactly 2 months after placing my order, it arrived and is perfect! Good quality, legit jersey that I couldn’t obtain anywhere else (including from USsoccer.com, which is incompetent in terms of marketing USMNT merch).
In retrospect, I just wish I’d ordered much earlier and received better communication - including notice PRIOR to ordering that delivery would take at least 2 months.

We needed a pair of soccer cleats last minuite and Soccer Warehouse made it happen! We usually buy off the Nike App but they were out of our size so Soccer Warehouse shipped on time and got the cleats to us in Florida right on schedule.

I was skeptical cause some bad reviews, but my order shipped instantly and was delivered within a week of ordering it. My jersey was exactly as shown!

When another company suddenly canceled my order, I quickly did a search and found your company carrying the same item and you were able to accommodate me at the same price of the company that canceled on me. I was keeping my fingers crossed that it was actually going to work out. The item arrived earlier than expected and is perfect. My grandson is thrilled and I thank you very very much.

The logo in the jersey was loose

I ordered cleats back in December. As of today, I STILL had not received my order. I emailed and they said my order hadn't been processed and they didn't have a shipping date available. That is 15 DAYS from the date I ordered. TERRIBLE! I would go else where they value their customers.

Very irresponsible, I ordered on December 12, never received any shipping confirmation, 2 weeks later they sent me a email saying my cleats were out of stock. Poor service poor communication.

Took a little longer to ship than expected but it was the height of holiday shopping. Needed to exchange a size and they made this easy to do. Merchandise was exactly as described.

The Jersey arrived as promised. My wife was thrilled.

I ordered two pair of shoes at the end of November that were supposed to be shipped 3-5 days. Mid December I still did not have a shipping notice. I emailed them. They said that one of the shoes was now out of the size I needed. Which was frustrating because I didn't have time to get another one before Christmas. They then mailed the other shoe and it arrived after we had already left for Christmas. So I got neither shoe in time for Christmas and only one pair after.

Ordering was simple received on time quality is good

The item took a long time to ship compared to other online marketplaces, but once shipped it arrived quickly. The AI customer service interface is lacking and could be improved as well.
