SCAM! Took 29.88 from my account and I no idea who tf those people are! Bank are useless telling me to contact them although there’s clearly fraud going on and they don’t even give 2 wobbles about it. If nothing is resolved I’m going to report them for illegal activities

Managed to get hold of my card details and have taken £29.88 out of my account without my consent. I have spoken to the fraud team at Lloyds and they are unable to reimburse me, even when the transaction is pending. You have to call the company up and lodge a complaint. I have had to cancel my card and get a new one. Utter scum of the earth, I hope they all die of cancer.

I called to ask how they got my details and permisson to take funds from my account.
Sabrina wanted my d.o.b even though i called stating their website seemed dodgy as 3 different people left the same testamonials.

Total scam that takes random amounts from peoples accounts.

Reported to my banks fraud team.

ALERT!!! This site is a scam do not use and report to your Bank / Building society immediately or you may find yourself out of pocket for something you didnt even ask for.......spread the word!!!!!!

Just phoned for a refund and was told it had already gone through, Liars! is the first one that comes to mind they have put my bank at -£29.89 and are refusing to payback. Scammers at their best! Do NOT sign up. Was also told it was my banks problem now and got hung up on!

I believe they are fraudulent. I did some comparisons for loans etc and made sure I unticked this service and still took my money! I doubt if I would be able to get this back as phoned no answer and emailed no response. My bank has now put block on them to stop them from taking any more.

They took 29 twice and 36 . Trying to contact them, but I can't . No reply to phone or email

Maybe a call to the police is what's needed, after all it's FRAUD.

Fraudulent scam. Took £34 from me and I had never even received an email nor call from this company.

I signed up with this company in error. I rang them up to cancel as they had already whisked out £29.88 of my money. The first person I spoke to had no idea what company he worked for and had very little English. I then read some of the reviews and I must admit my blood ran cold! I tried again a few minutes ago and spoke to a charming chap who said it would be no problem to get my refund.....I shan't hold my breath though and will cancel with my bank any future payments.Why pay shed loads of money when there are plenty of free agencies out there who will check your credit score for you.

Signed up by mistake but when I contacted them they rectified it straight away and gave me refund.

This company ripped my friend of they took cash from her account of a different site she gave her details to .fraud

As with others I was scammed by this website never agreed to opening an account with them and they started taking money anyway. Called my bank they wouldn't refund the money but they did stop the payments.
Emailed and called the company and unlike most experiences people seem to have with this company the girl I spoke to was polite and nice and true to her word they refunded the money.
Make sure you email them you can get their email address from the contact info on their website and tell them its fraud and you want them to cancel your account and refund the money and then call the number but don't give up leave it to ring for 10 minutesish and someone will answer. Don't give up on getting your money back!

Update......tried taking another £29.98 out of my account today!!! Spoke to my bank who were brilliant, they have blocked all payments to these scum bags!!!! Yes I've had to get a new card but worth the trouble if it stops these thieving swines getting their hands on my money. I tried to email them to sort this out as I had not signed up for anything! But got nothing back, tried ringing but no one answers the phone so i had no other option than to contact my bank as this would have been the 3rd payment in a month! Getting my money back, but i know it wont stop these con artists from scamming others. I urge anyone reading this to be very savvy when online, especially when it's your account details STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!!!!!

Im fuming with this place socialscams cost me me more problems took 29.98 out of my account n i didnt even sign up wowwww i now have missed a payment to my councel tax i cant afford to pay now as that was my weekly payment to councel tax horrible people
