Legit the biggest bunch of chancers you will ever have the misfortune to cross paths with. Apparently they are tied in with scummy Payday loan companies and hide some terms in the small print to take your details. Steal your card details and set up a payment plan you know Sweet FA about ??? Never heard of them ? Never applied for a loan ? Never used them ? Never will !! They are trading as Social score but actually they are Nest Finance. Listen easily found on Beta.companies house just type it in ! Addresses, Registered addresses, Service addresses etc all listed, Follow the documents and google map them they won’t see me coming 😘 Reported to Police fraud team, Bank Fraud team, I’m also going to ruin them with the FSA, FCA, Trading Standards, Ombudsman and get them done for breaching GDPR regs !!!! Look after your knees lads you will miss them when they are gone

These people they pray on the desperat. They hide in things like payday loan application and comparison sites. Then there page pops up during assessment process. By this time you've entered all your account details and weather you see the opt out tick box which is tiny and not easy to see. And tick it, they will still bill u £28.99 for a service which u can get for free using clear score or something which I do use and is very good

if i could give no stars i would rude customer service didn’t sign up but took money anyway told have to wait for refund and takes 7 working days !!! on this day and age ?!? bank are now dealing with it

My wife just noticed that my account was taken of £36.00 from this company. I had no idea, who, or what, and why this company was taking money from me.. after reading the reviews it seem im going to have a battle with them.. call your bank stright away.. get these people stopped..

No stars , saw my ACC was down 29.88 rang bank they said maybe it's through pay day application 118 they pass details to this company, they blocked any future outgoings,found number off complaints page 01617102754, the guy was rude, answered with just a hello ,I had to ask was it nest ltd he said no ,then I asked who are you he said score , so totally inept from the start,didn't seem to know his company was nest finance LTD and took it all very personally, I reminded him he works for a fraudulent company and the calls are going to get higher in volume and to maybe sort his manner out and educate himself on the company he works for , he hung up 4 times !!! Second guy did refund but quickly revealed his rude manner , I asked for an email to state ,1. Canceled subscription 2. No more money to be taken out 3.refund, not yet received,and then he hung up just as I was thanking him , gangster company, gangsters on phones , never heard of them ,never subscribed , socialscore aka nest finance LTD, totally abhorrent in this day and age , read a review about a mum who had her last 30 taken no milk for baby , just disgusting.

After sending a few emails, social score emailed to say they will return my money. Have not had it returned yet but will write when i do.

Took £29.88 out of my account, no sign up, no authorisation through my bank, no CVC code. No idea how they managed it when I'd never even visited their website, I don't even HAVE social media. Rang Fraud line, and visited the Branch to get my card blocked & changed. This company are being investigated by the Fraud department now. Got a refund the same day I reported, so top work to all at Santander who took it extremely seriously and were excellent.

didn't need to wait for refund.you must act quickly.as soon as they take money from you call your bank and you will be ok.
if could meet this m..r.f....s i would beat the hell out of them..no point to call or email them..also numbers you have mentioned below do not work..best to deal with your bank...i wish social-score will die ASAP.

Social Score Refund!!! I received a refund of £29.88 today....and subscription cancelled. Contact made on 0808 2314104. All emails went unanswered and the 0161 number was never answered. Much research led to above number, it is for another nest finance company, but your details are held by them. Good Luck

Absolute scammers. 1 star is a joke. No bloody stars more like. Taking money from my bank account without my authorisation. Reported to my bank fraud dept. Action fraud and the FCA.
It starts with an £0.11 payment, then £28.99.
They do not answer the phone nor emails.

Plain and simple theives. Took £29 from my bank on 2 separate occasions without my consent I've tried ringing emailing and getting in contact anyway I can but no joy. 14 day refund policy stated on their website but if you cant contact them how are they going to know you want a 'refund' for the money they have taken without your consent?
