This was our first time at sofology

This was our first time at Sofology. Found staff was very informative of the product we were interested in buying, found them to be very friendly and courteous. Would shop there again.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I didnt know what you could get with a sofa, the heated seat will definitely help my partner out.

I did go into the store in poole at first but I did order the sofas online, as didnt have the time to go back in to order them.

Confusing info regarding finance

Confusing info regarding finance , I ended up with option to pay in full instead of paying by finance . I m speaking about a business purchase . Disappointed
Otherwise very friendly staff, helpful but not aware about what is possible or not for business purchase or the procedure for business acquisition.

Just to clarify, the finance options we offer are personal finance agreements rather than business finance. That means the credit is set up for individuals, so it requires personal details such as employment/self-employment information, along with standard credit checks. For business purchases, this would typically mean proceeding as a personal applicant (for example, acting as a personal guarantor), which can understandably feel a bit unclear if you’re expecting a business finance route. We appreciate you calling this out and will make sure the information is clearer moving forward.

Great dealing with this firm

It was great dealing with this firm. Their sales person Klaudia done an awesome job showing us what we wanted and answered all our questions regarding the furniture and the add ons. Well done.

Sofa is great but we were supposed to…

Sofa is great but we were supposed to receive a care package to maintain the sofa and it never arrived. I’ve tried to find a way to contact them about this and it’s not been easy

Terrible!!

We visited the store in Poole, Dorset on 8 April 2026. We needed to help choosing a new sofa. We had previously bought a sofa, but it couldn’t be delivered because it didn’t fit through the doors of our apartment, so we were in a real rush to find a replacement.

We approached man sales consultant and received absolutely dreadful service! We asked him to help us select a 3 or 4seater sofa from the clearance section. He replied, “Just name the sofas and I’ll look them up.” I wanted to see all the available options to choose the best one for our apartment, but he said it would take him 4 hours and he wasn’t going to do it.

When we asked him to accompany us to the second floor to look at more sofas, he rolled his eyes and reluctantly followed us. His attitude was completely indifferent and dismissive. We also requested sofas with low foot, and he snapped back, “I supposed to know all 40 sofas??”

It’s worth noting that the previous time we visited, another consultant was able to properly help us and select a suitable sofa himself.

When we were leaving, he hid in the back corner of the store, didn’t come out to say goodbye, and didn’t even thank us. He just sat down and stared at his tablet.

It was an absolutely terrible experience. I was planning to order another sofa, but after this I will choose a different store. I have no desire to deal with this kind of consultant and such careless, rude attitude again!!!
