A wonderful experience overall

A wonderful experience overall. They listened to my wishes and provided 4 great companies based on the requirements I outlined to them. Really a great platform and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to save time on their search and act quickly in putting new systems/software's in place.

Misrepresentation of Needs to Vendors

They contacted vendors that did not fit into the needs I communicated, so I spent wasted time communicating with vendors that were not applicable and with Software Advice to ask them to stop their communication. I also tried to call the number on the email I received from Software Advice and could not get through; I was repeatedly disconnected.

Immediate Response to my Software Search

I received calls from five payroll and HR systems vendors the same day that I spoke to Angela Doherty of Software Advice. I am still conducting telephone interviews with the five vendors that responded and hope to make a decision soon. I was impressed at how quickly Angela understood my requirements. She sent reviews of each of the five companies she suggested.

We had no idea where to start....

We had no idea where to start in looking for software that we needed and Software advice made it super easy. After asking us a few questions about what we were looking for they narrowed down our search and recommended vendors that might fit our needs. It made it super simple and let us focus on our needs vs. searching and researching and possibly missing ideal vendors in the process. A real time saver and helpful for those of us that this area is not our area of expertise...we just need the tools to get the job done!

I’ve mentioned several times that I’m…

I’ve mentioned several times that I’m only available for soliciting calls on weekends, but the continued weekday outreach shows that my time and boundaries weren’t respected. I regularly look for CRM solutions to integrate into my clients’ businesses, however this kind of persistence without listening ends up costing business owners time and money. Because of this, I’ve decided not to move forward and would appreciate it if you remove my contact information and do not reach out to me again

Good platform for research, too many emails

Searching for EHR software was made easier as I could find a lot of information in one place.
After somewhat disappointing initial recommendations, they got better with a little communication. I used their site to research EHRs a little further and self schedule with the vendors I wished to demo.
I must say too many emails were sent and it felt like spam, I almost quite my search because of that alone.
Experience improved so 4 stars.

Glad I made this choice!

At first, I thought that this wouldn't be a helpful website, but it was free, so I decided to try it anyway. I'm glad I did! They gave me so many options for obtaining a Learning Management System for my business so that I can host classes online. The companies that reached out to me because of Software Advice gave me more than I asked for. Thanks so much for your help!
