We got off to a slow start but Ms coats have started picking up the pace a little bit. I am getting follow ups from CVS and my Primary Care doctor. She has been active calling around assisting me on keeping my medication back to a 3 months supply and speaking to all vendors concerning appointments and referrals.

I really appreciate communicating with and working with Jill Mills on my behalf, to help me find support during this difficult time that I have ovarian cancer. I have an upcoming operation soon after I did have three chemotherapy sessions. I am very hopeful about the improvements of my health because I have come a long way so far with the chemotherapy. And I do appreciate the positivity and help that Jill has given to me, including opportunities for finding resources to help me with my financial situation. This includes resources such as ovarian cancer related charities, for food resources help, transportation, and other possibilities that are in the works. Joe has very extensive knowledge about Medicare and the resources that it provides as well. Jill is also a wonderful support person, a great communicator, and also friend. She also provides creative ideas to help me. Thank you so very much :)

Leigh is phenomenal. Because of her dedication and commitment I thought a friend who is physically disabled, depressed and confused with her current situation. Your company cares about it's clientele. My first advocate and I did not click. The next advocate, Jacque, and I seem like we are long lost friends. The best part of Jacque is that she really does work to help her client. I believe have been with Jacque for about a month now, she has done more for me than my other advocate ever thought about doing. Jacque has reached out to my doctors, etc, helped me find things out I can use. My first advocate had me make the phone calls.
Jacque is one awesome advocate she has a heart of gold, and a very caring personality.

Where do I start? I’ve been writing about this company all night. First, the Better Business Bureau rating can be bought. Second, only the provider is billing your insurance company.The provider pays solace a percentage for the advertisement fee. The advocate is a sub contractor and mine did not do anything but talk to me on the phone. She never called doctors offices nor anything to do with medical. Nothing! She also buffed the amount of time she talked to me on the phone. Can’t make contact in between appointments. Billed insurance times I never even talked on the phone with her. I can go on and on. Terrible company, great idea
